I also receive email notifications that are helpful in reminding me when the schedule is updates. **What do you dislike about TrackSmart.com?** The biggest concern is the poor mobile app. There are many 1-star reviews and problems do not seem to get fixed. It's good for not only tracking your work hours, but also your time off and there's a calendar function to see when others are taking time off too. **What do you dislike about TrackSmart.com?** The PTO tracking is not always accurate, and once you submit a time sheet for the week, then you cannot edit it afterwards. I understand why this is, but there are times when things are running late because someone else needs to fix a clerical error. **Recommendations to others considering TrackSmart.com:** If you don't have very many employees, then this system can be useful for tracking all of their payroll and PTO information. Any larger companies might want to do a little more research first. **What problems is TrackSmart.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of PTO and just time off / worked in general is great, really gives me a sense of certainty that I'll be compensated properly and correctly for all my time. ### 13.
