**What do you like best about Total Info?**

I liked the overall layout of the ticketing software when patrons were purchasing tickets. I also loved the ability to create reports of shows as soon as we wanted, even just after the show had begun. It made overall cleanup of the night extremely easy when we didn't have to spend all our time figuring out the box office software.

**What do you dislike about Total Info?**

I dislike that there was very little automation available and that the process to actually sell a walk-up patron a ticket was very slow. We would sometimes have a line out the door, and would need to bring out a second laptop because if one field was marked incorrectly, it wasn't clear why we could not move forward.

**Recommendations to others considering Total Info:**

Patience, patience patience!! Once you understands the ins and outs, it can be a breeze. You just have to get there.

**What problems is Total Info solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We realized the benefit of an efficient ticketing software! When things went good before shows, it was smooth. When one part of the system broke down, be it the ticket printer or some human oversight in the purchase process, things came to a bit of a halt.
