I liked the overall layout of the ticketing software when patrons were purchasing tickets. I also loved the ability to create reports of shows as soon as we wanted, even just after the show had begun. It made overall cleanup of the night extremely easy when we didn't have to spend all our time figuring out the box office software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that there was very little automation available and that the process to actually sell a walk-up patron a ticket was very slow. We would sometimes have a line out the door, and would need to bring out a second laptop because if one field was marked incorrectly, it wasn't clear why we could not move forward.
