Finding and qualifying leads used to take a lot of time. We spent hours manually creating lists and figuring out who would be a good fit for our outreach. It was frustrating to have endless spreadsheets and no clear direction in our outbound efforts.

**What do you dislike about Topo.io?**

There isn't much to dislike about Topo. It offers a solid platform for outbound efforts.

If I had to mention something, there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. However, it's not a big issue since the product is actively updated and improved.

**What do you like best about Topo.io?**

Before using Topo, managing outbound sales involved a lot of manual lead sourcing, maintaining static lists, and setting up complex processes which took up a lot of time and energy. Now with Topo, it is much easier to get started as everything is organized and automated, allowing me to focus on executing my campaigns with less manual work. This has saved me a considerable amount of time as I can run campaigns more smoothly and efficiently.

There is a learning curve at the beginning as some features may take time to adapt to.

Finding good leads used to take a lot of time. I had to search for potential customers, build lists, and often ended up with outdated or irrelevant contacts. This made my outbound efforts slow and frustrating.

There isn't much to dislike about Topo. It has been a good tool for our outbound efforts.

If I had to mention something, it might take some time to fully understand all the features. But that's really not a big issue as the platform is consistently evolving and improving.

With Topo, I can find relevant leads more quickly and easily monitor buying signals. Campaigns are also simple to launch, making outbound much more efficient for our team.
It's very easy to work with Team Topo. Communication is smooth and fast, and above all, they don't hesitate to offer advice and share best practices.

I've had a pretty good experience with Topo, but I will say that some of the integrations could still use a little work. That said, it’s nice to see that the team is continuously improving the platform and rolling out updates.
