
I find TIMIFY simple to use, and my clients like it too. The TIMIFY team is very helpful whenever I run into technical issues, and I love that humans are always there to help. The user-friendliness is nice, even though other booking systems share this trait. I also found the initial setup very easy, it just took a bit of time to input the information, but it was a very straightforward process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I miss the reminder option from the Classic. Clients used to receive an email 24 hours prior to their appointment. Now, I send it myself. Which also works well, but it used to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
