What do you like best about TIMIFY?

I find TIMIFY simple to use, and my clients like it too. The TIMIFY team is very helpful whenever I run into technical issues, and I love that humans are always there to help. The user-friendliness is nice, even though other booking systems share this trait. I also found the initial setup very easy, it just took a bit of time to input the information, but it was a very straightforward process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

I miss the reminder option from the Classic. Clients used to receive an email 24 hours prior to their appointment. Now, I send it myself. Which also works well, but it used to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TIMIFY?

Timify offers an easy to handle interface, especially for the people working with it on a daily basis.

Administrative tasks are easily managed through the branch manager.

All in all it helped us to reduce administrative time in regards to customer appointments - internally and externally.

What do you like best about TIMIFY?

What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

It should focus more on the appointment. For example, store different "from when can you book" rhythms. Currently, customers can only book all appointments 24 hours in advance. What do you like best about TIMIFY?

The simple structure and clarity. Group bookings are possible. Offers over a certain period. The customer receives a reminder email (so the appointment is less likely to be forgotten). New services can be created quickly and easily. I can use different colors for the services, which greatly facilitates clarity. I can access Timify from my PC at work, but also from my mobile phone on the go, and thus manually book customers from anywhere. The customer receives a link and can use it to independently reschedule or cancel the appointment if something comes up for them (thus significantly fewer appointments are missed). What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

The pity is that I cannot combine two companies in one calendar. This way, customers always see all booking options of all my companies. As a result, booking and selecting the right service for the first time is a bit more complicated for the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TIMIFY?

I chose Timify because Timify is clearly structured and has many features that, for example, also allow you to use the program in a team and to enter flexible working hours. What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

What do you like best about TIMIFY?

The visual aspect of the tool, user-friendly interface, allows you to visualize the entire team on the calendar. I use it for managing motorcycle workshop service appointments.

What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

I would like the process of notifying clients with reminders to be more adaptable to the business needs in the premium version.

Both the information and test phase at the beginning as well as the onboarding were great for us.
