**What do you like best about TIMIFY?**

I find TIMIFY simple to use, and my clients like it too. The TIMIFY team is very helpful whenever I run into technical issues, and I love that humans are always there to help. The user-friendliness is nice, even though other booking systems share this trait. I also found the initial setup very easy, it just took a bit of time to input the information, but it was a very straightforward process.

**What do you dislike about TIMIFY?**

I miss the reminder option from the Classic. Clients used to receive an email 24 hours prior to their appointment. Now, I send it myself. Which also works well, but it used to help.

**What problems is TIMIFY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TIMIFY is simple to use, clients like it, and the support team is very helpful, with helpful humans always there.

I love that TIMIFY has an intuitive interface, which makes managing the schedule much easier without much effort. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which is a huge plus for me. I also appreciate that it provides visibility of the updated schedule for patients.

**What do you dislike about TIMIFY?**

More payment method options. Or allow adding a description of the services.

TIMIFY helps me manage appointments in my office with updated schedule visibility for patients. Its intuitive handling makes it easy to use and manage without much effort.

**What do you like best about TIMIFY?**

Timify offers an easy to handle interface, especially for the people working with it on a daily basis. 
Administrative tasks are easily managed through the branch manager. 
All in all it helped us to reduce administrative time in regards to customer appointments - internally and externally.
The customer support is extremely fast and helpful.

**What do you dislike about TIMIFY?**

At this point in time every issue that occured has been handled professionally and fast - no complaints.

**What problems is TIMIFY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timify helps us to increase the amount of offline bookings in our locations whilst also getting more information about the customers beforehand.

It works :) It focuses on the employee

**What do you dislike about TIMIFY?**

It should focus more on the appointment. For example, store different "from when can you book" rhythms. Currently, customers can only book all appointments 24 hours in advance. I want to make some appointments bookable only 48 hours in advance, others 2 hours :)

Make appointment booking measurable. Through appointments, we generate more revenue.

**What do you like best about TIMIFY?**

The simple structure and clarity. Group bookings are possible. Offers over a certain period. The customer receives a reminder email (so the appointment is less likely to be forgotten). New services can be created quickly and easily. I can use different colors for the services, which greatly facilitates clarity. I can access Timify from my PC at work, but also from my mobile phone on the go, and thus manually book customers from anywhere. The customer receives a link and can use it to independently reschedule or cancel the appointment if something comes up for them (thus significantly fewer appointments are missed).

**What do you dislike about TIMIFY?**

The pity is that I cannot combine two companies in one calendar. This way, customers always see all booking options of all my companies. As a result, booking and selecting the right service for the first time is a bit more complicated for the customer.

**What do you like best about TIMIFY?**

I chose Timify because Timify is clearly structured and has many features that, for example, also allow you to use the program in a team and to enter flexible working hours. The app is also a big advantage. I have also had very good experiences with customer service so far. Thumbs up!

**What do you dislike about TIMIFY?**

The most important features are available in the app. It would be nice to have even more features in the app.

Try out the free trial version and convince yourselves of the program.

I save a lot of time and stress in scheduling appointments with the client and have a good overview of the booked appointments.

**What do you like best about TIMIFY?**

The visual aspect of the tool, user-friendly interface, allows you to visualize the entire team on the calendar. I use it for managing motorcycle workshop service appointments.

The classic version is a good option for small businesses.

**What do you dislike about TIMIFY?**

I would like the process of notifying clients with reminders to be more adaptable to the business needs in the premium version.

It would be good to manage from the schedule the clients who did attend the appointment and to visualize which service the technician is working on. Once completed, notify the client that the service has been finished.

there isn't much. Maybe that the program is very extensive.

Nothing at the moment. Features and support has met expectations so far.

It is easy to set up and manage. Changes are updated instantly and it is very responsive.

We have removed the need to arrange appointments with users via email or phone, which has allowed the redeployment of resources to other activities. At the moment, we have only implemented this on a pilot basis, but it is likely that we will roll out the service to most offices.

Both the information and test phase at the beginning as well as the onboarding were great for us. The employees always took the time for our questions and developed a customer-oriented solution together with us. The customer support is very committed and responds within a very short time.

Actually there are no downsides for us :-)

With TIMIFY we're able to offer personal product advice within our online shops (different brands and countries).

The tool is managable via various devices.

**What do you dislike about TIMIFY?**

The restrictions in many ways. Especially after the start, it is necessary to buy higher packages to receive all bookings in an excel file. And even when purchasing the highest possible package, you need to buy an additional package to adjust the landing page.

Reservations for our Corona Testcenter.

I was able to easily adapt the online booking system to my store myself, and I'm really not a fan of such things! As soon as something gets stuck somewhere or I can't find a button, the support is immediately there.

**What do you dislike about TIMIFY?**

With my members, it occasionally happens (4/100) that they cannot log in.

Simple program, very easy to use

I have a great time saving through the program
I pass the responsibility for the accuracy of the appointments to the customer

I see the bookings at a glance, were we have free timeslots etc.

I can't call up more than 5 ressources on the weekly schedule. I am missing a plan for the employees.
