The easy integration with Xero ensures all materials are invoiced effectively. ## Tidy Stock Reviews ### 1. Work well in theory, but AS SLOW AS CAN BE. **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2020 **What do you like best about Tidy Stock?** It is good for assembly purposes and creating/managing POs. **What do you dislike about Tidy Stock?** The MANDATORY Xero connectivity causes major issues for users who are not using Xero for accounting. We use Quickbooks, however, Tidy forces you to connect Xero and it causes all sorts of errors and timeouts. We have more time spent waiting and reconnecting than processing/posting sales. The team at Tidy has been great at passing the blame back to us instead of looking at their software for a solution. You are not able to simply view a completed sale. You have to download reports of each sale to view externally. This is inconvenient as it is an option elsewhere with the program. Creating and closing a simple sale takes SEVERAL MINUTES and most of the time it times out, fails, and then Xero is magically disconnected again. Poor customer support has led to this review. Constant timeouts when saving invoices or sales. We are not a big business. I cannot imagine how this would work with a larger company with more items. **Recommendations to others considering Tidy Stock:** Check all of your alternatives and be aware that the mandatory Xero connectivity has an additional cost. **What problems is Tidy Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. None of our problems have been seriously addressed. We will jump ship at the first opportunity. ### 2. Inventory manager **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Alejandro F. | Organizer and Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2021 **What do you like best about Tidy Stock?** I like the administration and registration of all my articles stored in the company, registration by number, code and system access. **What do you dislike about Tidy Stock?** I do not like the way of editing data, I would like to save a backup copy before deleting the original file to avoid changing wrong data or backing down. **What problems is Tidy Stock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Registration of all the parts of the warehouse without problems, search the database with specifications. ### 3. Finally a good cloud-based inventory tracker and manager **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Carmela N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2020 **What do you like best about Tidy Stock?** The cloud connection works all time - there is a simple idea to keep the inventory control in the cloud, first we do not have problems with virus and other problems (updates) and second we have access whenever and wherever.
