The MANDATORY Xero connectivity causes major issues for users who are not using Xero for accounting. We use Quickbooks, however, Tidy forces you to connect Xero and it causes all sorts of errors and timeouts. We have more time spent waiting and reconnecting than processing/posting sales. The team at Tidy has been great at passing the blame back to us instead of looking at their software for a solution.
You are not able to simply view a completed sale. You have to download reports of each sale to view externally. This is inconvenient as it is an option elsewhere with the program.
Creating and closing a simple sale takes SEVERAL MINUTES and most of the time it times out, fails, and then Xero is magically disconnected again. Poor customer support has led to this review.
Constant timeouts when saving invoices or sales.
