Hemi has been a fundamental part of our business operations for many years and we use it daily. One of its most valuable features is the centralised omnichannel management, allowing us to handle all marketplaces in a single platform. Integrating channels is quick and easy. The Hemi team consistently provides exceptional support, regardless of the challenges or eCommerce projects we present. They are dedicated to continual improvement, frequently adding new and innovative features.

Integration to certain platforms but they are already in development and will be ready soon.

Excellent service from Mustafa and Hina they were able to quickly solve our problem and it really helped us with our business as it was a crucial part of our customer enhancement as well!

I need similiar tools to assist with growth on eBay for my brand.

We have used their recovery software for over 5 years, recouping nearly 500k in Amazon reimbursements on our seller accounts and learning to package our products in the most cost effecient way. We are also very reliant on their financial reporting software, which plays a major role in analyzing our monthly profit and loss.

Measuring and monitoring the service quality can be difficult while the support agents log in to the marketplace systems. Channelreply carries all contacts to our help desk and we can manage the team easily. Moreover, all emails and activities can be tracked by the collaboration of two systems. It is straightforward to integrate.
