Given that it's in the Alpha stage, there's a lot of features that may be missing. What I appreciate most is that Bradley and Jacinto go above and beyond to accomodate user experience. Aside from this, the perfromance of the program has been straight forward and easy to get the hang of. The AI model is more focused on cutting rather than reorganizign so all I had to do was shift my work flow to include the program as a means of cutting the footage in a way that organizes it for me to incorporate in the edit and it's made my workflow easier. For me the delta includes learning to manage the AI part of my workflow. It's new to me as I tend to prefer old school methods for my documentaries. So as I'm learning, I'm glad this is a program I can integrade seamlessly into Davinci by just exporting a timeline. However because I'm learning how to maximize AI into filmmaking, it does take me a bit of extra time.
Because of this, the AI bot has provided some confusion for me as I often am unsure how to properly prompt it. But Bradley and Jacinto have been great about working with me to ensure my user experience improves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
