We have been integrated with AIMS for a few years now and it has been such a blessing to our company. We came from N41 (which was also a great system) but AIMS completely changed the way we operated! From the automation, to its easy customer navigation it has been a dream. We are integrated with Shopify and multiple EDI connections. It has been game changing for both of our platforms and is super user friendly. On top of having great software they have the most incredible team. When we were integrating they were there every step of the way and still are. We are a family based company and AIMS has truly felt like family to us. The knowledge, help, kindness the AIMS team exudes is unmatched. It’s so important to have great software but having the support of your software will take you to even greater lengths than you could imagine. The only thing I could say is as we grow we say “wow it would be great if we could do this” as we refer to something in the system but the AIMS team has integrated so many new features in general as they grow it has really helped us utilize our tools better. The AIMS team has been incredible, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly accommodating. We've had a great experience across the board, from the CEO to the tech specialists. Having worked with larger ERP providers in the past, we know how rare it is to find this level of communication and support. AIMS makes sure that every department is fully supported. Amanda was amazing in helping us clarify key questions before we committed. With her background in the apparel industry, she immediately understood our pain points. Sarah, our previous account manager, did an excellent job onboarding us and getting everything set up. Transitioning to a new ERP can be daunting, but Cheryl, our current account manager, has made the process smooth and structured. She helped us go live earlier than previously planned by clearly aligning goals and coordinating across departments. Overall, our experience with AIMS has been outstanding. Aims is a growing company, because of they are still working on developing other advanced features. However, it is because they are at this stage that they are more than willing to create new systems and features that will better help productivity. The customer service when reaching out for support could be increased. Although reading articles to troubleshoot are helpful, when reaching out to support, one expects to have already tried to fix the issue separately. When reaching out to support one expects additional support on the backend which is not always conveyed at first. However they have been working to improve this within their company. AIMS helps our business with inventory management, inventory transfers, Shopify plug in and connections. Additionally AIMS serves as the middleman by which we communicate to our 3PL. Orders filter in from Shopify to AIMS, which are then notified to our 3PL.
