What I appreciate most is that Bradley and Jacinto go above and beyond to accomodate user experience. Aside from this, the perfromance of the program has been straight forward and easy to get the hang of. The AI model is more focused on cutting rather than reorganizign so all I had to do was shift my work flow to include the program as a means of cutting the footage in a way that organizes it for me to incorporate in the edit and it's made my workflow easier. **What do you dislike about Threadline Studio?** For me the delta includes learning to manage the AI part of my workflow. It's new to me as I tend to prefer old school methods for my documentaries. So as I'm learning, I'm glad this is a program I can integrade seamlessly into Davinci by just exporting a timeline. However because I'm learning how to maximize AI into filmmaking, it does take me a bit of extra time. Because of this, the AI bot has provided some confusion for me as I often am unsure how to properly prompt it. But Bradley and Jacinto have been great about working with me to ensure my user experience improves. **What problems is Threadline Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me the big issue I have is that I often have to import multiple interviews at once. In an isolated project it's not an issue but when I have multiple projects pile up, having a software that I can use to get me the cuts that I need to import into a timeline is priceless. ### 2. Likely much more competent at the fundamentals of tracing a strong thread through projects than I am, but still giving me the latitude to add my own stylistic and aesthetic input and flourishes. It's great! I've been benchmarking it against past completed projects using the same footage and briefs and it does a brilliant job, taking minutes to get 95% of the way to what would take me literally days. All that — from a test build — is highly impressive. **What do you dislike about Threadline Studio?** Not a dislike per se but I did have some issues in a previous build with logging in and multiple auth pop-ups... that was just a bug though and has been resolved. **What problems is Threadline Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not an especially experienced documentary editor, but I do get the odd docu job come through.
