**What do you like best about Usio?**

Their customer support has been top-notch. Every time we’ve reached out with a question or an issue, they’ve responded quickly and helped get it resolved. Jake Bamford and the rest of the team have been fantastic to work with, and the overall experience has been consistently positive.

**What do you dislike about Usio?**

At times, we’ve had to contend with system outages, but when they do occur, they’ve been quick to resolve them. They’ve also made themselves available after hours for emergency issues, which has been really helpful. During those situations, they communicate clearly and keep us informed as well.

**What do you like best about Usio?**

The customer service is amazing and it is so easy to use the website and everything is incredibly accessible. Using Usio for our interns has been the best decision we ever made and it has a multitude of features that make frequent usage simple and fast. Spencer Waddell is also another reason why we love Usio so much. He has always helped us with any concerns and guided us through every step, which we really appreciate.

I don't dislike anything about Usio. It has met all of our needs.

**What problems is Usio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usio has helped us with paying our interns and being able to track their transactions for our data reports. It has benefitted us a great deal.

**What do you like best about Usio?**

I like the easy access with Usio and how I'm able to send out virtual gift cards without much of an issue. I also appreciate the ability to make corrections easily, such as adjusting the amount if I sent the wrong amount by mistake. This feature of making corrections automatically, using negative amounts, makes it really easy for me.  I also Appreciate all the time and effort that was given by Spencer Waddell and Leigh Hardin.

**What do you dislike about Usio?**

I don't like that resending an email for the gift cards is not an option for me directly through the portal, so I have to contact a service member to resend emails. Also, having to email for service requests is not great, I wish there was an option for a quick phone call or even a chatbot.

**What problems is Usio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usio eliminates the need for manual checks, reducing lost or fraudulent transactions and making stipends accessible as virtual gift cards directly to participants' phones or emails. It's easy to correct amounts if needed, and accessing funds without hassle is a major plus.

**What do you like best about Usio?**

I love that Usio makes it easy to process payments taken both online and in person. The customer service is impeccable, and I like that I can reach out to my representative, Gia Gant, who always addresses and resolves my issues. Even after hours, I can email and they get back to me quickly. It's nice to have a personal touch, especially since I work with people who are less technically savvy. Usio is attached to our websites for a donation page and a dedicated hosted page, which makes taking donations or recurring billing easy. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy, and I currently recommend Usio all the time.

**What do you dislike about Usio?**

I really have no problems with Usio except that when I mention it to people they are like who and they do what? But I guess payment processors are not what a lot of people think of.

**What problems is Usio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Usio makes credit card processing easy both online and in person, with impeccable customer service. Their responsiveness and support, especially from my representative, solve technical issues swiftly. It's integrated into donation and billing websites, enhancing payment handling.

**What do you like best about Usio?**

I really appreciate how Usio has automated the vendor payout process; it was very manual before using our banking portal. I like the extensive data and details Usio provides for each transaction, which gives us confidence and allows us to share data with vendors if there are payment issues. I must also mention the excellent customer service provided by reps like Marie Arellano, who went above and beyond to coordinate with the IT department for custom reports.

**What do you dislike about Usio?**

The UI of Usio is a bit outdated and it can be improved. When I go to the search option, there are strict parameters I can use instead of a blanket search. With AI becoming popular, it'd be easier to have blanket search options.

**What problems is Usio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usio automates our vendor payout process, replacing our old manual payment method. It provides extensive transaction data, boosting confidence, and offers excellent customer service.

Since USIO doesn’t have a single point of truth for its data, it’s impossible for us to provide our customers with a single source of truth through API integration. I use Usio for ACH processing and appreciate its ease of use. The customer service is excellent, with support, particularly Marie, responding quickly to any concerns or questions I might have. The software is straightforward, and the reporting is clear. Everything has worked well with Usio, and the initial setup was very easy.

The single payment entry can increase a little easier. A shorter time period to have the single payment entry limit increase.

Usio allows me to debit merchants for our business and have it settle into our bank account. The software is straightforward, reporting is clear, and customer service, especially from Marie, is responsive.

I find Marie Arellano's support since 2018 amazing. She's responsive and always goes above and beyond to help us. Usio plays a critical part in our business model as an ACH processing company. I appreciate their eagerness to help and their responsiveness. Everything works very well, and the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Usio?**

0.5% for R29 restrictions is an issue when banks change their system and everything was going well before new updates.

**What problems is Usio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usio plays a critical part in our business as an ACH processing company, resolving bank-related issues like R29 effectively. Their support is exceptional and responsive, helping us navigate system changes without any problems.

What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use and how smoothly it integrates with our software provider.  Also, our contact person, Marie, has been a pleasure to work with, she is quick to respond and resolves issues promptly.

We’ve been a customer for over six years, and the only issue we’ve run into is that we’d like to be able to use the platform to accept larger payments.

We are a loan servicer with hundreds of customers set up on autopay. Usio allows us to accept payments in a timely and secure way, which helps keep the process smooth and reliable.

Usio is the best TPP we’ve used. Their tech is amazing, and they provide outstanding customer service. In particular, Marie Arellano has stayed late multiple times to help me troubleshoot issues on our end.

**What do you dislike about Usio?**

At times, they use a third-party reseller between them and the client, which can muddy the waters and make communication less straightforward. Love just working direct with them!

Usio provides integrated payments solutions that we have plugged into our software solution to accept credit card and ACH payments online. Their experienced staff is a phone call away and is extremely resourceful. Implementation and integration has been a breeze!

We leverage them for Merchant Services, Bill Printing and Mailing, Disbursement, and Escheatment.

**What do you dislike about Usio?**

They provide the ability to accept multiple payment channels like CC, Debit, Mobile Wallets, ACH, etc. however, they do not have a solution for Venmo (which is commonly asked for by our clients.) We understand the risk/difficulty with Venmo, as it is meant for Peer to Peer payments however, customers of our merchants have available balances in their venmo wallets and would like the ability to utilize those balances to make payments. .

**What do you like best about Usio?**

Usio has a phenominal corporate culture, from the top down this team is humble, solutions oriented and relationship centered. They have a great team of very knowledgable payments professionals leveraging great technology stack that can deliver a variety of solutions based on need.

**What do you dislike about Usio?**

Usio is very responsive to client demands and needs, sometimes this requires outside-the-box problem solving that they are adept at, but getting the right solution sometimes takes time as, depending on the issue, a sponsor banks requirements may need to be considered. I dont see this as much as an Usio issue as more of a reality of the Fintech space, but definitely something that needs to be factored in to planning. They have a feature rich platform that can do a LOT, you just need to be strategic in how you want to roll products out.

Ive used Usio as a card issuing platform, ACH processing platform and fulfillment center for checks and collateral materials. Thier help has been instrumental in addressing critical, high risk needs for consumers and commercial clients.

Usio was incredible for our company when dealing with a very large issue we faced with banks and merchant providers. They stepped in right away to execute a solution and we were up and running within hours of contacting them.

**What do you dislike about Usio?**

At the time we were using Usio we weren't able to have the apple pay solution we were looking for but I've heard that since then, they have devised a solution.

CSR view portal is easy to use with great reporting options.  Ability to create custom payment pages on the fly is very easy to do out of the box.  Great customer service from the entire team.
