What do you like best about The Answer Company?

Our implementation person Salma has been fantastic. She doesn't assume the accounting for our operations but actually asks questions to fully understand what our needs are. Even though it has taken me longer to get the information to The Answer Company, we are still able to move things forward. I like how the Chart of Accounts is flushed out rather than rushing through that process. This has helped me determine the needs of the company rather than just roll forward with what we currently have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Answer Company?

A minor thing is that the implementation person isn't at the same timezone but we have made it work so it's not a big deal. I wanted someone good rather than someone in the same timezone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Answer Company knows Sage Intacct and provides answers to areas that I didn't know I should be asking.

I've dealt with other ERP implementations and that implementation team just doesn't know their product as well and was providing ad-hoc fixes that end up breaking other areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Answer Company solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Answer Company is helping us with the implementation of Sage Intacct. We were recently acquired by a public company so we needed to upgrade our accounting system so we can do consolidation work.

Helped us implement the new solution very quickly and Salma on implementation was a rock star and made what could be a painful conversion process fun! TAC is extremely client-focused Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The TAC billing was overly complicated for Sage Intacct with the prepayment and we had to do a lot of back and forth on reconciling what was owed. Improve by not making client pre-pay for services that they won't or has not used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Answer Company walk the talk on customer service not only on pre-implementation and implementation, but also in respect of post-implementation. Replacement of obsolete accounting solution subject to cyber security risk. Reduced staff. Easy access to the accounting system, especially remotely. Better insight and analysis. In addition, where they stand out from the crowd is on after-sales service. They have your back and go to bat for you when you are experiencing issues with your software provider.
