**What do you like best about i-Tech Support, Inc.?**

What stands out to me is the support provided by each team member. Whenever we submit a ticket, it is addressed quickly and efficiently. The team is also proactive in helping us prevent future problems and is willing to discuss any upcoming upgrades that could help resolve potential issues.

**What do you dislike about i-Tech Support, Inc.?**

While it isn't excessively priced and the warranty is reasonable, it does represent an additional business expense. However, this is to be expected, and we haven't encountered any hidden fees, which has been a pleasant surprise.

**Recommendations to others considering i-Tech Support, Inc.:**

You can count on the support team to be there when you need them. While the process is to send any issues to the help desk email, over time you'll likely find yourself gravitating toward certain team members for specific topics or categories. Some of them have even become genuine friends.

**What problems is i-Tech Support, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have assisted us in developing more advanced reporting, allowing us to monitor existing inventory items that may be moving more slowly. Additionally, we are now able to track customer accounts more effectively, ensuring that no customers fall behind on their sales. We have also implemented an improved method for setting up our production schedule and managing production orders, which has enhanced traceability. Overall, this has enabled us to access more real-time data for tracking and accountability.

The response time is always very quick, which I really appreciate. I also like that when I email the help address, I end up working with the same people each time.

**What do you dislike about i-Tech Support, Inc.?**

The only problem I have is that when a coworker submits a help request, I am unable to follow up or view the status of that request.

i-Tech solves any issues we have with Acumatica. If our system isn't running smoothly or if we need help with any updates, we reach out to i-Tech.

We have been a client of I-Tech since purchasing Acumatica in May 2019.  During this time I-Tech has assisted us through implementation and continues to provide ongoing support.  I-Tech provides support not only at a technical level but also with business issues.  Being situated in the Cayman Islands, we have different business issues which I-Tech has been able to solve such as multiple currencies and importation of goods and associated costs .

I-Tech has helped us  identify the right software solution for your needs.They continually work with us to customize the software to meet our specific requirements.

They provide excellen training and support to our team so that they could use the software effectively. They are responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the implementation process.

They went the extra mile to ensure that the implementation was successful.

I don't have anything bad at all to say about i-Tech

i-Tech is our implementation partner for the installation and rollout of Acumatica.  This includes getting accounting, distribution, logistics, and other channels setup.

Availability to get an in-person call/video conference is less than 24 hours to get an issue resolved or customization worked on.

I think any of our frustrations are ERP related and common to any new software, setup, and limitations.  I do not have any problems with i-Tech.

Know your company, industry, and software wants/dreams as you begin the process of setup and implementation.  i-Tech can help you answer the questions that come up along the way.

We have a lot of customizations and intergrations with Acumatica and i-Tech has been patient with our team (and vendors) in setup, implementation, and on-going support.

They did an excellent job of training us to do what we need to do in the system, so we can manage most things ourselves. When we run into an issue that we need their help with, they are incredibly responsive and helpful.

It can be an expensive hourly rate when you need assistance, but we typically have not needed to engage them too often for things we cannot handle ourselves.

I-Tech solves our problems with a timely and relevant solutions.  Their team has the perspective to address our issues directly and quickly.  When we look to develop new ideas, their ability to contribute with valuable insight and effort is important.

They always get back to us in a timely manner. Their email ticketing system is very easy to use and contact them when needed. They made our Acumatica implemetation very easy and smooth. Each member of the team that we have came in contact with are very plesant and easy to work with.

I enjoyed working with Joe Augello on the CRM project. It was nice to have one point of contact to help us with the CRM upgrade. Joe was patient when our team had scheduling conflicts and when we weren't sure how to proceed. He explained things clearly and with attention to detail.

**What do you dislike about i-Tech Support, Inc.?**

I did not have any dislikes about working with i-Tech Support on our CRM project.

**What problems is i-Tech Support, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kesin Pharma is a specialty Pharma company, and we needed a CRM to manage our customer contacts. Joe Augello at i-Tech Support worked with us to tailor the Acumatica CRM to our business needs and to format our existing customer list to upload it into the CRM. The changes allowed our Sales Team to call on customers more efficiently, retrieve information from previous calls, and identify customer groups within health systems and IDNs.

I like the accessibility and helpfulness of the i-Tech Support team the best. We can email any questions to the team and count on a quick turnaround. This might sound simple, but I've worked with other software providers and "support teams", and the experience was anything but pleasant. The i-Tech Support team feels more like a partnership than a third-party service provider. In today's world, it sometimes seems that customer service is lacking, but the i-Tech Support team truly does set the bar high.

Based on our company's needs at this time and how we utilize the i-Tech Support team, there aren't any current dislikes or negatives to note.

There is nothing to dislike about I-tech. The whole team is as honest and committed to your company as possible. They go the extra mile. I can say that there is a reasonable amount of education required to fully leverage the software we are using from them and that you should budget for that continuing education.

If you are looking for a PARTNER to support you and the company, the choice was easy. Great professionals who have a tremendous wealth of knowledge across the board.

They made migrating from an older platform to a newer platform as painless as possible. They set cost-saving measures into motion and set up best practices that we were unaware of. The software that they support has revolutionized the way we keep track of lead times, BOMs and manufacturing.

Very responsive and have been extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Every team member is very knowledgeable about the system and been flexible in helping us with some of our specific requirements.

No real downside or dislikes. If I had to mention one thing, it would just be if we had someone local in our market for onsite assistance that didn't require travel.

Take the time to get to know the team and compare them against others that might be quoting your business. I'm confident that you will find the I-Tech team to be superior if you go through this process.

Getting our ERP in place to support our Accounting and Finance processes initially allowing us to have better visibility to our numbers. We are almost done with our initial manufacturing and warehouse management implementation that will provide functionality that we would have been doing in spreadsheets

They are responsive and able to assist when issues/questions arise.  They are also very helpful in guding us on the system capabilities and needs for our business.

Occasionally we need to re-submit or have additional discussions with other team members on systems matters before we are able to get a resolution.

Take your time and be thorough and patient when going through system implementation.  Also, consider phasing in features and functionality as you roll out a new system.  I-tech is very supportive in all phases of system configuration and implementation.

They helped us to establish a capable ERP solution from a zero foundation and continue to support the changing needs of our growing manufacturing business.

**What do you like best about i-Tech Support, Inc.?**

i-Tech’s CEO had previously run a large fence manufacturer and completely understood our business. This helped us configure Acumatica the just way we needed it and get up and running fast. The i-Tech team all the way up to the CEO are extremely accessible to us. If we have any issues, i-Tech resolves them quickly. Picking an experienced implementation partner is as important in picking the right software solution. i-Tech is a very family-oriented group that cares about our success. We found their team more than knowledgeable in the areas we needed, and in programming and customizations.  We had many supply chain challenges are still dealing with those and this solution and team were the right fit.

**What do you dislike about i-Tech Support, Inc.?**

Acumaticas strong upward growth does not allow for many relationships to be built inside of their organization

**Recommendations to others considering i-Tech Support, Inc.:**

I would consider I-tech for consulting in the Acumatica application for distribution applications, their team is very versed in this area and have provided us tremedous support.

**What problems is i-Tech Support, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eagle Fence Distributing was previously run on Sage 50. As we expanded and added branches, this solution no longer worked for us. We engaged i-Tech Support to move us onto Acumatica Cloud ERP, a cloud-based platform that could provide the visibility, data security, and operational efficiency that we needed to grow.

Response time! They go out of their way to respond and assist you quickly. They are great at quickly identifying the problem and fixing it or providing the info for you to handle it yourself.

Be prepared to have your expectations exceeded if you choose to partner with i-Tech.

They implemented our software 2 + years ago. They are our support as needed which can range from a simple training issue to a correction when we have created a problem, or assisting us with updates. They are currently working on an issue that occurred after the Acumatica update.

They support our company in managed services and our ERP.  Both sides of their house are great to work with and very responsive.  Knowledge is key and they all have it!

Accessibility, responsiveness, understanding of business practices, helpfulness, solution-driven, professional, willingness to help Berthold succeed by utilizing Acumatica, follow-up is fantastic, communication is excellent and being personable is truly refreshing.

There is nothing to dislike about i-Tech.  Everything between Berthold Technologies and i-Tech is working great and Acumatica is working well.  Improvements are not from i-Tech's side, but internally by utilizing more automation features.
