**What do you like best about NexTec Group?**

Nextec has qualified personnel that is accessible to review and resolve issues through their support program.  They also have expertise not only for just about all Acumatica's modules, but they also have business expertise for our industry, which allows them to provide comprehensive solutions to our needs.

**What do you dislike about NexTec Group?**

I do not see a downside. Their hourly rates may seem high, but the support services program and the quality of their work are totally worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering NexTec Group:**

If you are looking for an Acumatica partner to do your implementation, Nextec is the way to go period.   Just make sure they assign resources with expertise in your industry and that they bring Acumatica into the project mix for Quality Assurance during implementation.  I say this because Acumatica is a very powerful product that is constantly evolving, and features and capabilities are added twice a year.   because of this, it's important to include Acumatica to ensure your installation is being configured with the latest best practices available with their software.

In addition to implementation services, Nextec provides technical guidance and support services for Acumatica

NexTec is very quick at responding to any issues or support needs as well as bringing back more than one option for any answers or guidance we need.  Their interactive support site is very useful!

I wouldn't characterize anything as being a downside.

The entire NexTec team is very supportive and knowledgeable.  They care about their clients and always want to provide the best solution.

Our project implementor was great to work with and continues to be an asset.

**What do you dislike about NexTec Group?**

I would say their developers are good but I would like to see a few more on staff to keep continous improvement projects moving.

I would recommend Nextec to anyone looking to implement Acumatica. Our project manager through nextec was knowledgable and great to work with, we implemented in 9 months. 

Nextec has an array of support options post go live that we have leaned on to keep up to date and continuous improvment.

**What problems is NexTec Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us implement Acumatica for our ERP solution and support it after go-live.

Expertise in Acumatica , Skill sets they have around ERP implementations

Customer Service , sometimes each SME is assigned to multiple clients with different implementations which puts them in a very tight timelines and juggling between multiple scenarios. It does impact customer interactions and quality of implementation.

**Recommendations to others considering NexTec Group:**

Have them document all the work they do with respect to configurations and setups and the change made post CRP/Go-Live

**What problems is NexTec Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NexTec was the system integrator for Acumatica implementation.

**What do you like best about NexTec Group?**

It is easy to contect NexTec and depending on the urgency we assign to the situation, they make our request a priority. 

We have found the NexTec group to be very competent and a pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about NexTec Group?**

We understand that not all employees are equally capable on all fields, but where there have been a concern or two in the past, we did manage to get better resources in a timely manner.

**Recommendations to others considering NexTec Group:**

Back when X3 users were still able to meet in person, we have heard some horror stories from support through other companies and we can honestly say we have alwasy been happy that NexTec is our support partner for Sage X3. They have had some personnel turnover over the 10 plus years we have been working with them, but the same core group is still part of our support team, and they know our business very well.

**What problems is NexTec Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From implementation, to patch upgrades and helping with changing secutiry needs, NexTec has always been able to help us in a timely manner.  NexTec has assisted us with unusual transactions and solving errors.  They have also helped with suggesting and implementing add-in functions when our needs changed.

**What do you like best about NexTec Group?**

Nextec is very structured and has a clear plan on what they are going to do. When upgrading our system, there was a clear plan that they followed that made it very easy on our part to succeed.

**What do you dislike about NexTec Group?**

If you don't have any knowledge of the system to make the little changes, the expenses of using them could get pretty high quickly. They don't hide the cost and spring it on you, you are told right up front what things cost.

Nextec is a great partner for us. We enjoy the clear plan and structure that is their process makes it easy to make the changes that we require.

Nextec does the work of upgrading our system as well as other projects of altering the software to track data that we are interested in.

**What do you like best about NexTec Group?**

Some of the employees at NexTec are very knowledgeable, but if your project's timeline gets extended, they've already committed those resources to other customers.

**What do you dislike about NexTec Group?**

Their sales team promises the moon and does not deliver. We had several instances where we asked specific questions "Can Sage X3 do ____?" And they said, "Absolutely!" Then, after we signed on the dotted line and put down deposits, the implementation team said, "Yeah, no we can't do that. We could MAYBE make it work with custom programming, but that's extra. Oh, and by the way, every time you patch up, it's going to be a pain and we'll have to charge you extra to revise your coding." Unbelievable. They did not provide a solid list of ongoing system maintenance processes post GO-LIVE. NexTec did not communicate effectively internally and certain processes were missed with significant costing implications. Also, the post GO-LIVE teams created more havoc than they solved. Over budget, very disappointed. We've since moved on to another consultant group.

If your setup is VERY BASIC, maybe you could go with NexTec. However, if you have a complicated company, there are other consultants much better suited for your needs.

They're very knowledgeable about the product, they're very timely in responding to our needs and they're always easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about NexTec Group?**

Their consultants are located worldwide so time zone differences are sometimes an issue.  And they don't have a presence in the city where we are located which would be an added benefit.  But, these are minor considerations.

Give them an opportunity... I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Our Sage X3 ERP system is our primary system for managing our business.  NexTec supports us with using X3 and helps us utilize the software to its fullest potential.

They take the time to understand our requirements and are able to provide solutions that are frequently better than our initial request.  They have a variety of skill sets to enable them to work on a wide range of requests.

Due to backlogs on Nextec's side, unscheduled project work can take a few days to start.

Find a partner that has the depth to understand the Sage X3 environment, your business, and how to make the two meet your business needs.  And has the functional and technical expertise to maintain and enhance your ERP.

Nextec provides full support for Sage X3 customers.  From initial planning and installation through to ongoing support and customizations.  They are able to tailor the Sage X3 environment to meet specific needs.

I appreciate the customer service.  Everyone we have dealt with has been knowledgable and helpful.  When we inquire about different products or add-ons, they give honest advice whether they would be a good fit for our organization. They have saved us money by helping us uncover services that we didn't need.

I don't have any dislikes.  We've had only good experiences so far.

We interviewed multiple software partners.  Ultimately we thought that NexTec was the right fit for our organization, and our decision has been reaffirmed over the two years we've been with them.

We came to NexTec after a bad implementation with a different partner.  NexTec has been very helpful in getting us up and running smoothly.  They have assisted us with several issues, and we've been very pleased with the service.

No real downsides I can think of.  They have been extremely supportive to achieving our goals with our ERP system.

You would be well served if you partnered with NexTec.  I have been involved with 2 other companies in the past that supported Microsoft Dynamics. Despite being larger than NexTec, they didn't offer anything close to the client service we have received with NexTec.

NexTec is our go-to whenever we have a question or run into a problem using our ERP software.  They provide rapid-fire support for day to day issues as well as custom solutions for future development.

They seem to have access to a strong pool of talent that is helpful and knowledgeable about the software we use.

No real downside that I see.  The only thing I do not like is more related to the Acumatica software and company than any complaints I have about Nextec directly.

Definitely a group you want to consider for your software implementation and support needs.

**What do you like best about NexTec Group?**

We have been most satisfied with the level of staff expertise.  Rarely are issues encountered that are beyond their ability.  On the one occasion we encountered such an issue, NexTec seems to carry enough weight with Acumatica to merit expedited assistance.

**What do you dislike about NexTec Group?**

Compared to our initial VAR, I haven't found a single point of regret.

**Recommendations to others considering NexTec Group:**

Ask to see the competitor's Support Portal.  Ask them how many people will comprise the point of contact (we have a single point of contact with NexTec who is persistently available) and how many experts that point of contact has available for support.  Lastly, ask the competitor how frequently they bill for support. Monthly sounds great until you're trying to remember the validity of support charges from three and a half weeks ago.

**What problems is NexTec Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NexTec  has a broad-based and experienced staff that can adeptly field most Acumatica issues. Problems are addressed rapidly through their Support Portal with functionality that permits complete description of the issues at hand. 

Billing for support is fair and detailed and submitted weekly so that we easily recall issues addressed.

The knowledge of the resources that help us with issues and also any major projects.

**What do you dislike about NexTec Group?**

At times, the response time for tickets. Also, the invoicing process. Contractors hours are added weekly, and sometimes inseperate invoices. this becomes a challange for our team with our finance team.

**Recommendations to others considering NexTec Group:**

If you wannt resources that have knowlegde on ERPs, especially Sage X3, this is the team for you.

Nextec supports our day-to-day ERP process as well as customizations. This helps us with efficiencies throughout our organization.

Excllent talent, responsive to our needs, very knowledgeable.

Like all consultants,  you get charged for everything.  Expect to get a bill for someone to update an email, etc.  Can get very costly

**Recommendations to others considering NexTec Group:**

If you are looking for a VAR to support you on Acumatica, I would seriously consider them.  They have great talent and we work with on-shore people at all times, making it much easier to communicate.

NexTec saved us from a horrible Acumatica VAR.  They came in, fixed a bunch of our problems, and transitioned us to new (faster) environment

Luis, Michel, and Natasha are the dynamic trio! They make sure all of my initatives and projects run smoothly and quickly take action when needed.

At times, i have felt there has been a disconnect when coordinating with the individual consultants.

**What do you like best about NexTec Group?**

They have staff members that actually worked for Sage and they know the product inside and out.

**What do you dislike about NexTec Group?**

They are busy so sometimes I have to wait a little bit to get some help. Although, they are very good about providing assitance quickly if I mark a ticket as urgent.

**What problems is NexTec Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nextec has solved many problems for us. The nature of the problems touch all reas of the system so it is difficult to name them all. They range from Accounting issues to Work Flow to System Updates and import/export functions. The whole gammet really.
