**What do you like best about Blytheco?**

Albano Rraka of Blytheco is a highly skilled and exceptional Sage consultant.
He possesses a strong understanding of both the software code and the underlying accounting principles, including debits, credits, and compliance requirements.
During our recent upgrade from Sage 2021 to Sage 2025, he developed a comprehensive implementation strategy and successfully kept the project on schedule and within budget.
His organized, step-by-step approach minimizes uncertainty and supports a smooth, timely, and cost-effective deployment.
Rather than simply transferring our existing processes into the new system, he carefully evaluated our operations and recommended efficient, automated workflows tailored to the unique needs of the Taft-Hartley industry. He communicates clearly, listens attentively to our concerns and business objectives, and continues to provide valuable post-deployment support through customized training, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

**What do you dislike about Blytheco?**

I did not find any aspects of Blytheco to be unhelpful.

I would strongly encourage prospective clients to give Blytheco consultants the opportunity to serve them, as you are unlikely to regret your decision.

Friendly and intelligent staff, responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Blytheco?**

The employees seemed overwhelmed with their caseloads during our implementation. Sometimes our rep was not as proactive with communicating the implementation process with us.  The good thing is they very much welcome feedback, and he was easy to talk to, allowing us to share our observations.

**Recommendations to others considering Blytheco:**

Implementing a new ERP is a large undertaking. Ensuring you're setting it up correctly is absolutely critical to your success. We would not have been able to do this without the guidance from Blytheco. They are a top notch to work with, and I highly recommend consulting with them on any technology solution your company is looking to implement.

**What problems is Blytheco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blytheco implemented Acumatica for our company. They did an excellent job of guiding us through the process and ensuring our new ERP system was setup correctly.

**What do you like best about Blytheco?**

A wide variety of talented people who not only understand our system but others.  They support our current operating system very well and we have discussed at times if/when we should consider changing.  It feels like they work for us, the customer, not the software company.  So they have our best interest in mind and tell us all sides, pros and cons, of considering a change.

**What do you dislike about Blytheco?**

Blytheco's strength comes from their consultants & techs.  Their sales teams unfortunately do not measure up.

**Recommendations to others considering Blytheco:**

A distribution customer of ours was looking at various operating systems and the one we use today was included so they reached out to me.  I referred them to Blytheco because they would help them identify the best system for their company needs.  I really like our system and would give it high marks however i know there are other systems out there and this area is changing rapidly.  Blytheco was able to show them many similar systems and in the end, they chose one that is working really well for them today.  I've met many Blytheco personnel over the last 15+ years and it is clear they want create strong customer relationships that last many years, over multiple systems if that's what the customer needs.

**What problems is Blytheco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gage & Gage has been working with Blytheco since they purchased the previous service provider in our area many years ago.  Typically, that's not a good thing.  In our case is was fantastic.  Blytheco's consultant knowledge is the best we've ever experienced.  We continue to reach out to our local support contact for upgrades, reports, customizations and assistance as needed.  I have referred Blytheco to distributor customers of ours and continue to thank me for the referral.

**What do you like best about Blytheco?**

The staff there are very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

**What do you dislike about Blytheco?**

Not understanding when a company's staff has never gone through this process before, and that it's like a foreign language to them, so the time spent in the first session and those after, are geared more to those ERP savvy, which makes the Project Manager for the company responsible for what goes into every template, as the staff doesn't understand what should be built on there, so do not even knnow what questions to ask.

**Recommendations to others considering Blytheco:**

It's a great company, with wonderful, smart, knowledgeable, easy going staff in every module. Just make sure you stress the depth, or lack thereof, of the staff at your company regarding computer literacy.

**What problems is Blytheco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a complete MRP system, instead of a piecemealed one in order to use the data to manage the company.

Blytheco has been fantastic in helping us fully integrate Acumatica ERP into our business, addressing specific needs like Accounting, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing modules. They worked hard to earn and keep our business, after we went through two other VARs. I appreciate that Blytheco listened to what we need and crafted a gradual rollout plan with clear steps, looking ahead to future maturity when we are ready. They are committed to our complete success rather than just completing a standard checklist. Blytheco is led by values and has a team of extremely high-quality people. The knowledge, professionalism, and decency we experience with Blytheco employees always exceeds our expectations.

Blytheco is incredibly accommodating to whatever ideas we bring them. Sometimes, I want to hear some more push-back on our proposals to make sure we aren't getting too far out of orthodoxy.

I would recommend Blytheco if you are looking for a VAR to partner with.  I have had nothing but a positive experience.

Blytheco has expertise in many areas, including a wide customer base to draw experience from.  This makes Blytheco positioned to help clients on many business problems.  They are helping us to solve AP inefficiency, BOM/Production flow, reporting needs, software setup issues, and educating us on what we don't know, among other things.  Blytheco has been flexible giving us as much support as we require at the given time.  They are also very active at the Annual Acumatica Summit and helped provide a fun and engaging experience there!

**What do you like best about Blytheco?**

Blytheco is truly a real partner with the companies they work with. They have been great to work with and always get back to me in a timely manner. Their ERP expertise has proven to be absolutely invaluable and they delivered on everything they have promised. The team has gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy and efficient in our processes. Communication is key for me, and Blytheco excels in making sure there is no confusion. They work with us to clarify our needs and are prompt in responding, rarely taking more than a day to address our requests or schedule meetings. I love that they support their products from start to finish. During a major ERP upgrade, Blytheco managed the software and data side, making the transition as seamless as possible and preventing significant downtime. Amber, in particular, was instrumental in migrating our data and assisting our team. Blytheco's services are well worth the money, especially in the manufacturing world where IT resources are limited. Having a true partner to assist with building, management, and design of these products is invaluable.

I love having a dedicated representative for my account (Beth Bowers). She always responds quickly and is very knowledgeable. Blytheco's support keeps us up to date as new technology comes into being and ensures we're updated with changes to payroll taxes and any modifications that make using our software easier. I value their expertise greatly and have had absolutely zero issues with Blytheco. They do a great job.

We have been working with Blytheco for nearly a decade now. They have experienced, trusted talent and we have long time relationships with that talent, and because of their track record in helping our company spec out and implement the right ERP & CRM systems for our business's needs, we trust and rely on them for the most important software we use to keep our company going successfully. I have done 1 Conversion with them from Sage50 to Sage100, as well as 2 major version upgrades for Sage100 in that time. As we grow and scale, they are helping us navigate our next steps for our system, either enhancing what we have to make it more efficient and scalable, or converting to something that will better suit our needs, but either direction we go, they are there to help us navigate it and make sure we're successful and are happy with our solutions. Their consultants are highly experienced, and they have what I like to call "Guru's" that specialize in different areas or specific software, which gives us a huge advantage, just by having their talent pool there to assist our company no matter what we're trying to tackle at the time. I have a dedicated Senior Consultant for anything I need for our Sage100 System, and I've been working with him for several years and we have a trusted relationship and great rapport. I can't say enough good things about Blytheco, both as a company, and also for every individual there that I work with. Truly a valuable partner 100% committed to our company's success.

We have a custom report called the Profitability Report. I asked Blytheco to make a few changes to it, and once those updates were completed, it made my work much easier when analyzing a customer’s profitability.

honestly, Albano but the software is good, pretty user friendly

Honestly, I really do not have a complaint that would even be necessary for improvement. We're a very small company using this software, there are probably areas in software we could use to improve but it works as is and no needs to change anything currently.

**Recommendations to others considering Blytheco:**

I would recommend this software to others because it is really easy to use. Bigger companies would benefit more from what it has to offer. We are only 5 people

**What problems is Blytheco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upgrading to Windows 11 was difficult but our tech Albano made this super easy, only minutes on the phone and we are back online after minimal downtime. Very good customer service

They have a team of specialists, so you are always speaking to a resident expert on the module you are implementing.

Their time is not cheap, so be sure to show up prepared to get the most out of their time and most bang for your buck.

Make sure you gel with your implementation partner. This is a journey, and it can sometimes take a lot longer than you expect to implement a robust software such as Acumatica. Having a good working relationship with your implementation team is a must.

I would like to share my feedback on the Creatio CRM implementation project. The support throughout the process was very professional. The team showed strong expertise, clear communication, and a very collaborative approach. Requests were handled quickly, and the guidance Blytheco provided helped us better understand the system and adapt it to our requirements. I want to thank both Scotty and Kevin for the outstanding work, services, and their availability, which felt like 24/7. Also many thanks to Alex, who was able to de-escalate things and communicate in a very professional way.

Good people.  Customer focused.  Team depth is improving.

While I like the staff we work with, it was apparent that they had grown fast and were onboarding clients, sometimes at our expense.  Some projects were taking longer to get resolution.

Find a project manager you can work with and keep regular scheduled meetings to keep all projects on task.

**What do you like best about Blytheco?**

What I like best about working with Blythco is their deep, in-house expertise with Acumatica. No matter what challenge we faced, they always had the right person with the right knowledge to help us out. When we needed to build out an EDI interface, they were able to draw on their experience from similar projects, which made the process much smoother and more efficient. It was great knowing we could rely on their team’s collective experience to solve any problem that came up.

**What do you dislike about Blytheco?**

One thing I’d mention is that, like with any large implementation, there were occasional communication gaps or moments where it would have helped to have even more proactive guidance.  But when I did escalate an issue, it was addressed right away.

**What problems is Blytheco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We partnered with Blythco to help us move from our old legacy ERP system into Acumatica, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience; especially working with Valence as our project manager. Valence was always responsive and proactive, even when we hit a few bumps along the way. Every time I escalated an issue, he was quick to let me know what was happening and what our next steps were, which made a world of difference.

Blythco helped us tackle a huge challenge: taking a complex, outdated system and getting us up and running on a modern platform. Their support and expertise kept us moving forward, and I always felt like our project was a priority.

If I could do it over, I wish we as a company had leaned more on Blythco’s experience and prioritized our setup based on their recommendations. They were always willing to follow our lead, but I think trusting their process from the start would have made things even smoother.

**What do you like best about Blytheco?**

Our company partnered with Blytheco in 2011, and from the beginning, our experience has been wonderful. Blytheco provides solutions that truly work, and we highly value the expertise and reliable support we receive from their consultants. We have had the privilege of collaborating with a Senior Sage Consultant for many years. She is an outstanding professional who knows the technical side of Sage inside and out, understands our needs, and has a depth of knowledge that gives us complete confidence in every project. When she is unavailable, other consultants step in seamlessly. It is obvious Blytheco invests in training and building a team of highly knowledgeable professionals. Blytheco has truly earned our respect and highest recommendation as a trusted partner.

Through the years, Blytheco has earned our trust. There has never been an issue or a reason to dislike this company.

Currently, we plan to work with Blytheco to upgrade our version of Sage. Other than that, we have no issues with Sage that need solved.

Their staff is very communicative, organized, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The project management was very effective and organized, yet flexible.

**What do you dislike about Blytheco?**

The hourly charges and supplemental bills post implementation. I don't feel like our goals were entirely understood when the Original SOW and quote was given leading to missed software opportunity and savings. However, we were able to force the system to accommodate our business.

**Recommendations to others considering Blytheco:**

I recommend ensuring that the Blytheco teams, particularly the sales team if you are working with them to create the SOW, fully understand your objectives and ultimate goals. In my experience, I often had to remind them of our key requirements, and I felt that the approach we took to achieve those goals might not have been the most efficient in terms of time or cost.

We used them as our assigned regional 3rd party provider of Acumatica and its implementation.

Osama Dawood helped me with uploading inventory.  I have really appreciated his help during this stressful time.

Osama and Machelle Adler are both working on our Sage 2025 upgrade as well.  When I have a problem and emails are answered daily, it really helps for a better work day!

Blytheco has been a pleasure to work with throughout our implementation.  They are professional, organized, and driven.  Their team worked on our project as hard as we did and met all of the unique configuration challenges that we threw at them.  They were ready for our meetings, kept the project on track with good communication, and worked through issues with us in a professional and supportive manner.

I didn't love the idea of a returning customer having to pay for 100% of the requested work in advance, but given the urgency of our particular situation, it was a non-issue.  In hindsight, we have no regrets as the work was completed quickly and seamlessly.

We were in urgent need of setting up a new instance of Sage on our server after an unanticipated equipment issue.  The Blythco team responded quickly and prioritized the work we needed.  Machelle even took time from her own scheduled PTO during the day to complete the new install and restore our data on a Friday night so that we could be back up and running by Monday morning.  We remain very grateful for the effort.

After software implementations, he seems to anticipate questions and issues before they become problems.  He is always there to lend support or reach out with new solutions.  Blytheco has definitely helped me streamline and utilize the system to what best fits the needs of our Practice.

Honestly, there is nothing that comes to mind that I dislike about Blytheco.  I enjoy working with Albano and his team.

The Blytheco team is great at working together with my business to come up with solutions to resolve hurdles and roadblocks in my industry.  They learn quickly about my industry and turn them into effective ways to manage those through Creatio.

**What do you dislike about Blytheco?**

There are times I don't know who to contact if Kevin and Scotty are out of the office and there is a major problem with Creatio stopping us from being able to work or sell.

**What problems is Blytheco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We build homes one at a time for customers using factory built homes.  We have many lose ends we have to keep track of during the process of each clients project and normally have on average of 40 projects working at any given time.  With Blytheco using Creatio we have the ability through workflow to track these projects knowing what to do and when to do it.  Less mistakes happen and we are able to move projects through the process quicker in the process.  Of course designing a new software program like a new home is a process and there are always tweaks that we need to work through or add in Creatio.  Working with Blytheco is always professional, enjoyable and handled in a timely manner.  I have been working with Phil, Kevin and Scotty for close to 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.  Thank you all for what you do for my company!

It's hard to find a downside.  The only think that comes to mind is we have had several different Client relationship contacts over the years but they have all been great and they do a good job of documenting our issues and sharing their knowledge.

Blytheco handles our tier 1 support for Acumatica.   I have found them to be very knowledgeable and responsive whenever we have issues.   Stacey has been great about keeping up with us and address our questions and concerns is a very timely manner.

Blythco knows Acumatica inside and out. We took it very slowly and took almost a year before we went live. They were very understanding and constantly trained my team so that when we did go live my team was fully ready. Changing ERP systems is extremely stressful but with Blythco as our partner we resolved all issues quickly so my customers never had to deal with any issues. I highly recommend Blythco. They even allowed us to continue to work with the same person over the last two years. He knows so much about my company and is always offering advice to help it become more efficient with the use of the new software.

I cannot think of anything I disliked about Blythco.

Changing ERP systems can make or break your company. When choosing a partner make sure you choose a company that is an expert of the product and has a team of people that support them. I’m sure you could find a smaller local company to assist you but that would be risky. Don’t put your company at risk. Choose Blythco and you won’t regret it.

We were using a very old ERP system that couldn’t handle inventory or manage financials easily. Blythco assisted us with implementing Acumatica and we now have full access to inventory in multiple warehouses and also can see up to date financials with a click of a button. Blytheco has truly been a game changer for us. Without their understanding and support our company would not be where we need to be today. Blytheco’s common sense to solving issues has truly been amazing. 

The staff that we have worked with for several years are very knowledgeable not just with ERP systems but truly understand workflow and processes of our business. They take the time to understand your custom workflows and issues and come up with a plan to tackle them. The entire team is a great but a special shout out to Peter, Fred, and Matthew for getting us through all the challenges!
