TextIT is really helpful in building bots that are useful in your sales and services. The best thing is that we can build with no code. Just drag and drop and your bot is ready. How simple and easy it is to create bots without having much experience. Being able to import or create contacts with ease as well as how to manage them was vital for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TextIt? I didn't find the Interactive Voice Response workflows beneficial to me. Having said that, Voice flows only being accessible to those that have added voice-enabled numbers was a draw back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Being able to schedule messages to be sent at a later time and date was helpful in addition to being able to repeat them in different frequencies was helpful to us.
