TextIt platform provides sample flows of creating bots to help customize your desired bot. The flow of some samples are displayed in details that can be a great guide to start. Navigation throught the platform is a little hard as the items in the menues need some type of guide on how to use them. So it takes some time to understand each opetion and their functions. The tool helps to create chatbot for all platforms like whatsapp,Facebook, Instagram etc. The interface is very pleasant I can easily drag drop elements to create a beautiful chatbot for my business. I don't need to code to create my own bot and it has good amount free space which I can use it to utilize in my business without paying anything. It's of good use for providing SMS service for small & medium sized organisation or entities as it's cloud based service the cost is comparatively less wrt the daily operations. We cannot see any actual clients of TextIt who are using it on a daily basis, which makes it difficult for a new organisation or individual to actually consider it as an option.
