I've observed that text messages tend to be more prevalent and generate higher open rates compared to emails. Additionally, I've noticed that people are more likely to respond to text messages than emails. This mode of communication also makes the conversation feel more significant and prioritized. **What do you dislike about Texting.io?** Nothing. It was easy to use but alternatives are many and easy to find hence it fell off the radar. **What problems is Texting.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my experience, text messages tend to have a higher open rate compared to emails, and sending a text message is much more convenient than making a phone call. ### 2.
