I really appreciate all the options for sharing my research insights with others. I can export individual files or share hosted video compilation links with anonymous users (no TetraInsights account required), password protected, or only with my team. I also appreciate that it's a simple process: Upload videos, annotate and tag clips, gather related clips, and save compilation to share as insights. The auto-transcribing, syncing, and editing of transcriptions is also great—it has improved a great deal over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

During synthesis it can be challenging to stay organized knowing which clips have already been included in an insight and where they were included. I would also really like the ability to add or remove clips in an insight compilation after saving since there is always one that I missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have only just been introduced to some projects that are in flight so my view is new and limited to the current project. With this, I feel like there is a lot of potential with how you can craft and gain feedback by leveraging the Tetra Insights team. The platform itself is great. Very easy to add people, and transcripts and flow are very intuitive. The people are very professional and offer incredible guidance on the process. There are thorough check-ins to ensure expectations are being met. Some of the interviews conducted were better than others but I also feel like they were not deal breakers and a bit more refining on where to focus and dig in will result in great interviews for the remaining session. Not a thing. It's an incredible piece of software, and I'm amazed at the low cost of entry for a solo researcher like myself. I have been using Tetra Insights for about two years. Tetra helps me keep all of my project information in one place and share it with team members. From the research design, interview recordings, notes, stimuli, and reports...it's all there for future reference.

I really, really like how Tetra Insights is one tool that serves a lot of my needs as an independent researcher. I can upload a video from an interview, quickly create a transcription linked to the video, create synced tags and notes, and pull video reels that I can share directly with clients. Transcripts and video reels used to take me a lot longer to make, but I can offer them as extra deliverables that are useful for communicating research insights and recommendations to stakeholders. I have also used Live Notes as both an interviewer and a notetaker, which enables real-time notes and tags synced with the video and transcript — making the whole synthesis process much faster! Being a newer tool, there are a few interactions (like with notetaking) that are on the buggy side and I use workarounds based on having used all the features a lot and getting to know the small quirks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the layout of Tetra - it feels intuitive, especially when working on a project with multiple team members. The process if uploading a file, then waiting for the transcription is really good. The ability to pre-prepare tags AND then to use them to generate a synthesis video is ideal for research purposes! Dedicated recruiting, scheduling and synthesis are the trifecta with Tetra Insights. They have allowed us to get hold of participants that will deliver the representation the research needs. Tetra Insights is my go-to tool for project level and ongoing tagging of themes and ongoing analysis for associated research insights. I like that I can add both meta-theme and entity themes and then easily sort for analysis, synthesis, and ongoing access. Tetra Insights is continually improving offerings, functionalities, and interfaces. There's so much to learn, but I have found their learning center, customer service, and training assistance always at the ready and responsive.
