"Empowers Agile Teams with Seamless Test Management and Collaboration"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

Test Management by Testsigma has empowered my team to efficiently accelerate sprint planning, test case development, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting on test outcomes. The platform supports the creation of test cases using natural language processing, along with the capability to attach screenshots and video recordings. Test results can be easily shared via URL links with development teams, facilitating seamless collaboration. This solution has also enabled team members who have been away from QA testing for extended periods to quickly adapt and contribute effectively, ensuring timely readiness to support an agile software development lifecycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

I haven't encountered any issues so far. This platform truly feels like a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accelerating QA Velocity and Coverage with Low-Code, Scalable Automation"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

At InCred, we adopted Testsigma to accelerate our QA automation across multiple products. The platform’s low-code, natural-language approach allows even manual testers to build automation quickly, which has been a huge enabler for in-sprint automation and faster regression cycles.

The ease of setup, reusable test components, and seamless integration with CI/CD and JIRA have made it simple to scale automation coverage without heavy engineering dependencies. Testsigma’s cross-platform capabilities (Web, Mobile, API) and parallel execution on cloud have helped us reduce test execution time drastically.

We especially appreciated the auto-healing locators and data-driven test design, which reduced maintenance effort and kept tests stable across frequent UI updates. Their support team is extremely responsive, helping us troubleshoot issues promptly.

Testsigma contributed meaningfully to our Execution Excellence and Engineering Productivity goals — enabling rapid release validation, better collaboration, and a clear pathway toward AI-augmented testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

The platform performs well overall, and with continued optimizations around large-suite execution speed, it’s becoming even more efficient for enterprise-scale testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical no‑code automation with CI/CD and Salesforce support that accelerates coverage"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

The no‑code, natural‑language approach lets our team author and maintain tests quickly without deep scripting, which shortens onboarding and speeds delivery.

Built-in visual testing and readable reports help teams diagnose UI regressions quickly without heavy framework setup.

Integrations with our existing toolchain (e.g., issue tracking and CI/CD) minimize context switching and keep results in one place.

The organization of the tool, makes it crystal clear for QAs and other tech focused people. Easy to understand what is happening and what is next within the tool.

Salesforce metadata–driven automation and the Atto/Copilot features expand beyond standard web flows and support complex enterprise scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

Test export/migration is not straightforward, and Salesforce tests can’t be ported across projects due to metadata dependencies.

I believe it needs more granularity in terms of roles. There are some admin roles that won't need most of the functionalities other than managing access and controlling project assignments.

Versioning/branching transparency and portability aren’t as strong as code-first frameworks, increasing vendor lock-in risk and making large refactors harder.

Pricing and licensing is hard to predict. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined E2E Testing with TestSigma, But Suite Speed and App Updates Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

TestSigma is a strong tool for end-to-end testing, significantly streamlining our team's process for approving production deployments. The intuitive interface makes creating test suites and cases straightforward, and the video recording feature is a standout, simplifying test creation and debugging. It has saved us considerable time in our E2E testing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

Our largest test suite takes around 8 hours to complete, compared to an estimated 4-6 hours for manual testing, which can slow down our cycles. Additionally, when using native app build software like Expo, upgrades often break our TestSigma test suites, requiring time-consuming manual fixes for each test case. "Great Low-Code Test Automation Platform"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

Testsigma makes it easy to create and manage automated tests without requiring deep coding knowledge. The natural language approach helps both technical and non-technical team members collaborate on testing. It integrates well with CI/CD pipelines, supports web, mobile, and API testing, and the cloud-based execution saves a lot of setup time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

They don’t allow exporting test cases, which means you get locked in. If you ever want to move away from Testsigma, you would have to rewrite everything from scratch. That’s a big limitation for long-term flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Platform for Scalable Web Test Automation"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

I’ve used Testsigma for automating our web application testing, and it’s been very effective. The natural language test creation makes building tests quick and accessible for the whole team. Running tests across multiple browsers in the cloud saves a lot of setup effort, and the seamless CI/CD integrations help keep automation aligned with our development pipeline. Overall, it has made our web testing faster, easier, and more collaborative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

i would not say dislike, but i would love to see these things could improve in test sigma

Element Identification Accuracy – Improve locator reliability for complex or dynamic web elements in applications with deeply nested DOMs.

Reporting & Screenshots – Provide clearer web test reports with built-in full-page screenshots and visual comparison across browsers.

Execution Performance – Speed up test execution for large web test suites, especially during parallel browser runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizes Test Automation with No-Code, AI-Driven Simplicity"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

What I like most about Testsigma is its no-code, AI-driven approach that allows both technical and non-technical team members to create and maintain automated tests easily. The natural language test creation, reusable step groups, and cross-platform testing capabilities make it very efficient for end-to-end automation.

I also appreciate the integrations with CI/CD tools, Jira, and Slack, which help streamline collaboration and reporting. Overall, Testsigma makes automation faster, smarter, and easier to scale across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

While Testsigma offers a great AI-driven and no-code automation platform, there are a few areas that could be improved.

Sometimes the test execution performance can be slower for large suites, and debugging failed tests can take extra effort due to limited error trace details.

Additionally, the object identification and element locator maintenance can be a bit tricky for highly dynamic web applications.

That said, the Testsigma team is very responsive, and continuous updates are steadily addressing these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Testsigma cuts our manual testing but still misses key pieces"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

Reusable test components save me time. I build a flow once and drop it into new scenarios without rewriting it. The platform is easy to navigate and my team spends less time on repetitive manual checks. Support answers quickly and actually helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

Writing and maintaining really complex tests is still harder than it should be. While step-groups and loops are helpful, they slow down the execution time drastically. Additionally the step groups have a nesting limit. Some advanced features like mailbox access or API access are locked behind higher pricing tiers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extensive and useful software"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

Unlimited runs - It is fantastic that I can run as many testcases as I want for my various projects. This reduces the worry when making and fixing test cases.

Simple UX - The scriptless recorder makes creating test cases extremely easy to create. There is a learning curve to the in-depth features but once they are understood, the simple UX can make complex test cases.

Great customer support - Support tickets are always addresses quickly and the technical support are great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

Price - This platform is on the more expensive side so might not be a good fit for smaller companies.

Small add-ons library - There could be more add-ons in the library but the ones there are still very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Scheduling and Support from Arun, but Initial Technical Issues and Average Ticket Tracking"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

Support from Arun and the ability to schedule when the test plans will run so that I can / have set them up so they will run early in the morning so I can review the results when I log on in the morning so I can cover any issues first thing.

Also fairly easy to be able to add extra cases to cover new processes for our test plans / suites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

Average customer support experience and ticket tracking - along with the wall of issues and breakages we were experiencing when starting to delve into bringing Testsigma online. The technical issues have since been resolved on our end thanks to the Testsigma team and the exceptional support from Arun Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
