What do you like best about Testsigma?

TestSigma's low-code approach made it accessible for our QA team without requiring programming expertise. The intuitive visual test builder allowed us to quickly create and maintain automated tests across multiple browsers. The platform's learning curve was minimal, which enabled us to implement test automation rapidly when we lacked coding resources. What do you dislike about Testsigma?

The inability to export tests as standalone executables became a limitation as our client deliverable requirements evolved. With our tier, there were some limitations for integrating it into CI/CD, but it is possible on the higher tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?

TestSigma helped us implement test automation without requiring extensive programming expertise from our QA team. "Great Scheduling and Support from Arun, but Initial Technical Issues and Average Ticket Tracking"

What do you like best about Testsigma?

Support from Arun and the ability to schedule when the test plans will run so that I can / have set them up so they will run early in the morning so I can review the results when I log on in the morning so I can cover any issues first thing.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

Average customer support experience and ticket tracking - along with the wall of issues and breakages we were experiencing when starting to delve into bringing Testsigma online. The technical issues have since been resolved on our end thanks to the Testsigma team and the exceptional support from Arun Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
