The reliability has been excellent, and we’ve had minimal downtime or issues. On top of that, their customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Our only complaint would be the turnaround time when troubleshooting technical issues, such as when TVs disconnect from content. While support is helpful, quicker resolution times in those situations would make the experience even better.
