If you do run into an issue the support is great from a small question to something you aren't able to figure out, they get back to you right away and will work with you until complete. **What do you dislike about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?** I wish there was a way to kill the hdmi signal causing the display to turn off (goto sleep), currently you can set active hours and the screen will go black, however you display does stay on. It was extremely easy to test with the free single license and the ability to run on said devices to see if it was a good fit. No need to wait for demo hardware. While an online demo was nice, being able to dive into the system helped make a quick decision in our limited project timeframe. **What do you dislike about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?** There is room for improvement with slide transitions where they are too jarring, e.g. a crossfade will fade to a background but not the next slide, then the next slide just appears. Really affects a large number of the selection which is a tough sell. There is no customization on transition timings and they all seem a bit fast. Android support was touted as a primary preferred platform, but any of the preferred devices (and we tested many) all failed to perform well over 24hours to the point of failure. Hoping that gets improved, but Windows 10 devices are working great! **Recommendations to others considering TelemetryTV Digital Signage:** You don't have to go broke on larger projects. TelemetryTV allows you to try things out and see if they are a good fit and we've been very happy so far. Be sure to pick the hardware devices that will work best for your company. Try out the hardware separately and return what doesn't work. While there is no dedicated customer support line for issues/questions, staff are very helpful when contacted via email and are still open for calls when they have time. Don't let that put this down. **What problems is TelemetryTV Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had no digital signage presence, everything was printed out, we had long lead times, and information could not get to the guest fast enough. Having a conference center with no way to offer a way to showcase groups was limiting, but now groups can be welcomed throughout our resort. The feature has proved very useful for the more sparce feeds I wanted to display. Along with this, I can't fault the support department. We're in a different time zone, but they still make time to meet me, help me with tech issues and they make a conscious effort to personally contact me about product updates. **What do you dislike about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?** Onboarding was a little tricky. Onboarding devices to Telemetry was easy, but the hardware side was really tricky, given we have lightweight android devices. **Recommendations to others considering TelemetryTV Digital Signage:** Don't expect to pick up Telemetry and immediately understand how to use it - it will take some time to figure out what's what and the best ways for you to use it. That said, once you're on your feet it's a very useful tool. We all miss emails here and there, or skim read bits and don't fully understand what's changing - but if you put a graphic in front of your staff, the message is much more likely to get through. **What problems is TelemetryTV Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Throughout 2020 we were able to keep our employees up to date and safer, by displaying covid notices, guidance and phone numbers for when they're needed. One of the key features I've uncovered is the Google Integration. You can setup a user with an integrated Google Slide deck, that you don't want to actually be inside of Telemetry. That user can now customize and influence their playlist with having to learn a new product. This is a huge benefit. Cost, especially when it comes to hardware. A lot of the platforms out there require you to buy locked hardware that only works for that specific platform. TelemetryTV throws the doors wide open and allows us the boon of choice.
