What do you like best about Tekst.ai?

In our organization, we started using Tekst.ai primarily to bring more structure to shared mailboxes, where sometimes up to 10 colleagues share a single inbox. It provides clarity, not everyone is constantly distracted by emails that aren’t meant for them. Additionally, the draft response feature is a real time-saver, allowing us to provide customers with an initial standard reply right away. It also helps new colleagues avoid spending too much time figuring out how to phrase things to customers. The team o Tekst.ai is very approachable. What do you dislike about Tekst.ai?

There isn’t really anything specific that I disliked. In the beginning, there was of course a trial-and-error period. What do you like best about Tekst.ai?

We rolled out Tekst.ai in our wholesaler’s customer service department and have been live for two months. What stands out most is how quickly the model learned our real‑world data and started delivering consistently accurate predictions (90%+ in our use cases). That level of precision turned AI from “interesting” to dependable, and it shows up daily in better routing and faster responses.

The second killer feature is the ability to trigger automated actions straight from predictions. Instead of just classifying, Tekst.ai drives the next step—from tagging and prioritization to kicking off workflows. That’s where the productivity gains really compound.

Salesforce integration has been smooth and pragmatic. Tekst.ai fits right into our existing processes, so we didn’t need big workarounds to see value quickly. Finally, the roadmap is genuinely exciting—process mining and self‑learning capabilities feel like the next leap toward proactive, continuously improving service operations.

In all honesty they are growing very fast and that sometimes brings a bit of mismatched expectations in timelines. But they are learning from this, and improving.

In a landscape where speed, accuracy and human touch matter more than ever, Tekst is hitting all the right notes.

What stands out most about Tekst is its seamless integration of AI into human workflows. The platform doesn't try to replace the human touch - which might frighten lots of employees - it enhances it. Add to that the energetic and collaborative team that's listening to feedback, eager to learn and focusses on building a strong and personal relationship with the customer. Tekst is improving a breakneck speed. Taking all this into account, you've got a real good partner and not just a product.

However it's important to note that the technical setup is only about 20% of the overall journey. The remaining 80% is all about human change - adapting workflows, habits and mindsets.
