**What do you like best about Tekst.ai?**

In our organization, we started using Tekst.ai primarily to bring more structure to shared mailboxes, where sometimes up to 10 colleagues share a single inbox. It provides clarity, not everyone is constantly distracted by emails that aren’t meant for them. Additionally, the draft response feature is a real time-saver, allowing us to provide customers with an initial standard reply right away. It also helps new colleagues avoid spending too much time figuring out how to phrase things to customers. The team o Tekst.ai is very approachable. You can reach out to them for support, but they also actively think along with us as a company and about how we work.

**What do you dislike about Tekst.ai?**

There isn’t really anything specific that I disliked. In the beginning, there was of course a trial-and-error period. I believe Tekst.ai still has a lot of potential to evolve, and this can only happen by having many people use the tool and make it smarter.

**What problems is Tekst.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been able to bring much-needed structure to our shared mailboxes. Instead of multiple colleagues sorting through the same inbox and getting distracted by emails that aren’t relevant to them, everything is now organized clearly, making it easier to manage communication. Tekst.ai has also helped us work more efficiently. Routine tasks are streamlined, responses are faster, and team members can focus on higher-value work instead of spending time figuring out how to handle each email. Overall, it has made our workflow smoother and more productive.

**What do you like best about Tekst.ai?**

We rolled out Tekst.ai in our wholesaler’s customer service department and have been live for two months. What stands out most is how quickly the model learned our real‑world data and started delivering consistently accurate predictions (90%+ in our use cases). That level of precision turned AI from “interesting” to dependable, and it shows up daily in better routing and faster responses.
The second killer feature is the ability to trigger automated actions straight from predictions. Instead of just classifying, Tekst.ai drives the next step—from tagging and prioritization to kicking off workflows. That’s where the productivity gains really compound.
Salesforce integration has been smooth and pragmatic. Tekst.ai fits right into our existing processes, so we didn’t need big workarounds to see value quickly. Finally, the roadmap is genuinely exciting—process mining and self‑learning capabilities feel like the next leap toward proactive, continuously improving service operations.
Bottom line: Fast to value, highly accurate, easy to operationalize, and clearly heading in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Tekst.ai?**

In all honesty they are growing very fast and that sometimes brings a bit of mismatched expectations in timelines. But they are learning from this, and improving.
Oh and yes they deliver fast results, but at to their estimations a realistic impact of the internal change management to really pick a good go-live date

**What problems is Tekst.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tekst.ai is helping us tackle one of the biggest challenges in our wholesaler’s customer service department: managing high volumes of incoming requests efficiently and accurately. Before Tekst.ai, manual triage and routing consumed a lot of time and introduced delays. Now, the AI model classifies requests with over 90% accuracy, which means cases get to the right team faster and with less human intervention. The requests get automatically converted into Cases in Salesforce.com with more enriched fields then the salesforce native email to case integration.

We’ve been working with Tekst.ai for just over a year now, and the impact on our internal operations has been significant. Their team has supported us in organizing our personal mailboxes, setting up and optimizing our new ticketing system, and implementing smart automations that have allowed our sales team to focus less on administrative tasks and more on what truly matters: our customers.

As with any AI-driven system, it’s important to recognize that Tekst.ai requires training and refinement to reach its full potential. In some cases, the tool may deliver results that differ from what we initially expected, especially during the early stages of a new automation or flow. This means there is a learning curve involved, and each process needs proper setup and fine-tuning before it runs smoothly and delivers consistent outcomes.

That said, we understand this is a natural part of working with advanced technologies like AI. The Tekst.ai team has been very supportive in guiding us through these moments and continuously improves the system based on our feedback. With ongoing training and collaboration, we’re confident these initial hurdles will continue to decrease over time.

Tekst.ai has helped us gain much-needed clarity and efficiency in our daily operations. We work with both personal and shared mailboxes, and one of the key benefits has been the improved email management. The system ensures that incoming messages are correctly routed to the right team members and that only the most relevant content remains in our inboxes. This allows us to stay focused, organized, and responsive.

In addition, our ticketing system has become far more structured. Tekst.ai supports us with automated suggested replies that pull accurate information directly from our ERP system, speeding up our response time. The integration also allows for documents to be linked automatically to the ERP without manual input, saving time and reducing errors. Automated translations further accelerate our ability to serve international customers more efficiently.

From the heart of Ghent emerges a start-up  that's not just keeping pace with the future - it's shaping it. The Tekst AI model, the brainchild of a dynamic and fast-growing team of young innovators, is redefining how customer service teams operate by harnessing the power of AI. In a landscape where speed, accuracy and human touch matter more than ever, Tekst is hitting all the right notes.
What stands out most about Tekst is its seamless integration of AI into human workflows. The platform doesn't try to replace the human touch - which might frighten lots of employees - it enhances it. Add to that the energetic and collaborative team that's listening to feedback, eager to learn and focusses on building a strong and personal relationship with the customer. Tekst is improving a breakneck speed. Taking all this into account, you've got a real good partner and not just a product.

Tekst tackles one of the biggest challenges in customer service: efficiency without compromise. By automating the repetitive, it reduces average handle time, improves resolution quality and frees up agents to focus on what really matters: empathy, proactivity and customer satisfaction. 

Let's also not forget that Tekst is offering a very high customer support/responsiveness and their model can be implemented in a short period. A good preparation of the project is key.

Tekst is a force multiplier. If you're serious about scaling support without sacrificing quality, this is the team and technology to work with.

**What do you dislike about Tekst.ai?**

There is not much to dislike, though if I had to nitpick, it would be that the learning curve in the beginning requires a very small bit of patience. Like any smart AI tool, it needs a very short calibration period before it reaches peak performance. As I said, nitpicking, because, once it's up and running, it's incredibly accurate.

**What problems is Tekst.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I appreciate most about Tekst is the simplicity with which it brings order to what used to be a constant flood of incoming messages. Hence, allowing us to cover business continuity and tackle GDPR-issues.
The AI powered triage system is not only lightning-fast, but also surprisingly accurate in assigning the right emails to the right people or teams.
Tekst is solving one of the most common productivity killers, inbox overload. Instead of manually tagging, forwarding or categorizing emails, we let let the Tekst AI model handle the bulk of the work.It identifies intent, urgency and the correct owner in seconds.
Thanks to the dashboard offered by Tekst we gain a lot of insights with regards to workload, responsiveness and indirectly this leads to rethinking current processes and continuous improvement.
Do not forget: the better you liaise with the Tekst-team to provide correct guidelines, the better the model will work. And last but not least: an implementation requires a lot of change management. However, it's worth every bit of it.

It brings clarity in messy shared inboxes where we do our daily job. By labelling we add a priority to mails. trough automations we redirect tasks to the right team. We work smarter not harder. It was easy to set up.The change/people side of things is the hardest, but once up and running no complaints

We’ve been working with Tekst, a promising AI startup based in Ghent, to improve how we manage incoming emails via our shared mailbox—and the results have been impressive so far.  What makes this collaboration even more valuable is the fantastic team behind Tekst.  Despite being a young company, their energy, responsiveness and commitment to innovation are truly impressive!  They're only just getting started, and we're excited to see how they'll continue to grow and evolve!

**What do you dislike about Tekst.ai?**

There's honestly nothing I dislike about Tekst itself - the platform performs exactly as promised.  In fact, the technical setup is quick and straightforward to implement.  However it's important to note that the technical setup is only about 20% of the overall journey.  The remaining 80% is all about human change - adapting workflows, habits and mindsets.  For organizations considering Tekst, strong change management is key to unlock its full value.

**What problems is Tekst.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tekst’s AI model intelligently routes emails in our shared mailbox to the right team members based on customer names and topics. This ensures that even when colleagues are out of the office, our clients continue to receive timely and relevant responses.   Tekst helps us free up valuable time, allowing our team to focus more on providing excellent, human-centered support rather than manually sorting messages or battling backlog.

Over the past year, Tekst has processed an impressive 101,500 actions on our incoming emails.  Thanks to their AI-empowered platform, we've already achieved a remarkable 92% accuracy in email topic classification.  Each action takes just 10 seconds, which translates into a time saving of approximately 282 hours per year!

Beyond the efficiency gains, one of the key benefits of working with Tekst is the actionable insight we gain through their dashboard.  It not only helps us to understand the nature and the volume of the emails we receive but also highlights recurring issues and pain points within our processes.   This allows us to identify areas for internal improvement and optimize our workflows accordingly.

If I were to highlight an area for improvement, it would be that the team's intense focus on innovation and optimization can occasionally overshadow the need to consistently refine the core aspects, particularly maintaining high prediction quality. While this is not a significant problem, it is an important consideration, as reliable prediction quality is fundamental to any great AI product.

Within our organization, which manages several customer support mailboxes, Tekst.ai has played a key role in bringing order to the chaos within our email processes by intelligently labeling messages and, in some cases, forwarding them to the appropriate back-office teams. AI has become ubiquitous, and for the past few months, it has also been integrated into our company mailboxes. We primarily use it to categorize emails and automate certain tasks. Tekst provides valuable support and helps with the strategic implementation of their AI tool. The team is highly accessible and attentive to user feedback.

**What do you dislike about Tekst.ai?**

As with any AI tool worldwide, we need to determine whether the return on investment will be positive. At this stage, we are focusing on how to assess the time savings and improvements in hospitality for our customers.

**What problems is Tekst.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As they proudly state: eliminate the boring work. Currently, we use labeling, automated rerouting and forwarding in our mailboxes. This allows us to free up time for more important tasks, such as delivering quality services to our clients instead of spending time organizing our mailboxes. In collaboration with Tekst, we are also working on designing a side panel in Outlook, which I believe our colleagues will greatly appreciate.

I like that Tekst.ai models are quite easily managed. The ability to custom-build models tailored to our business needs is valuable. It's scalable and works well with multiple business units, helping us handle specific use cases effectively.

Some things we want are not yet there. The data models needed some retraining, however this is often linked to the data at hand.
