There's honestly nothing I dislike about Tekst itself - the platform performs exactly as promised. In fact, the technical setup is quick and straightforward to implement. However it's important to note that the technical setup is only about 20% of the overall journey. The remaining 80% is all about human change - adapting workflows, habits and mindsets.
