What do you like best about Tegsoft Contact Center?

With Tegsoft we can contact all our customers easily. Tegsoft customer support always helpful to us. Our customer support team using Tegsoft Contact Center. Tegsoft is very easy to use for our employees. Also Tegsoft integration is very effective, we integrated with Whatsapp and we reach our customers via Whatsapp. In short Tegsoft has ease of implementation. Our company using Tegsoft daily. The best thing is ease of management and connecting VoIP without problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tegsoft Contact Center?

1) Sometimes web interface very slow, we need to restart webservice.
