**What do you like best about Tegsoft Contact Center?**

With Tegsoft we can contact all our customers easily. Tegsoft customer support always helpful to us. Our customer support team using Tegsoft Contact Center. Tegsoft is very easy to use for our employees. Also Tegsoft integration is very effective, we integrated with Whatsapp and we reach our customers via Whatsapp. In short Tegsoft has ease of implementation. Our company using Tegsoft daily. The best thing is ease of management and connecting VoIP without problem.

**What do you dislike about Tegsoft Contact Center?**

1)  Sometimes web interface very slow, we need to restart webservice.
2) New Tegsoft interface very complicated.

**What problems is Tegsoft Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) With Tegsoft Contact Center we can communicate with our customers.
2) With tegsoft our employees chatting with each other and they can ask questions to team leader.
3) Tegsoft reports and graphics works very good we always watching SLA and SL. We are improving with Tegsoft reports.

**What do you like best about Tegsoft Contact Center?**

what I like best is it is a single point of contact for all customer issues and helps ease communication mismatch between companies and customers. also, I like the cutting-edge real-time analytics functionality

**What do you dislike about Tegsoft Contact Center?**

The thing I dislike is currently it is only offered on the IBM cloud and it needs to be integrated with all major cloud providers for better availability of its service and features

**What problems is Tegsoft Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tegsoft is solving the most prevalent problem of the 21st century which is miscommunication which can do blunders if not resolved properly in any industry or enterprise

Tegsoft is well defined and designed all in one communication platform for cloud native enterprises that all provide better customer experience in todays fast paced and digitized world

**What do you dislike about Tegsoft Contact Center?**

Contact center management is very chaotically designed and must  be very user friendly and all the options must be wash available to the customer so that it can be easily configured

**What problems is Tegsoft Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving customer communication problems for large enterprises and helping was the blockers that customers face when using cloud native tools so that is one of problem
