What do you like best about Teapplix?

Teapplix stands out from the crowd with it's unique features and offerings. It provides end to end shipping management solution for small and medium size businesses.

Below are some of it's useful features -

1. It is user friendly, cost friendly.

2. It integrates easily with almost all major ecommerce players. This in turn helps you to get the total list of orders from all the tied up ecommerce aggregators under a single umbrella.

3. It provides value added features such as label printing, routes planning and other shipping related services.

What do you dislike about Teapplix?

Teapplix manages to check all boxes, however below points can be improved -

What do you like best about Teapplix?

I export my Amazon sales to Quickbooks. I am able to just create a daily summary. Since we manage all the sales in Teapplix, we don't really need extra customers being created in Quickbooks. The fees get transferred in to Quickbooks and all monetary information is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teapplix?

They have updated the UI and keep making the app better. I did have trouble locating things I need for admin purposes, but digging around I finally found them, and it all makes sense again. I do wish that I could set up different marketplaces with different settings. I don't bring my custom website sales in using Teapplix, because I would need it to have individual customers and invoices/payments rather than sales receipts. Price is exceptionally cheap compared to other competitors. Excellent live US customer support. Supports multiple accounts. Large variety of integrated platforms. Simple and easy to manage and ship orders. The system calculates and remembers weight and dimensions for new orders. Decent rates on shipping labels. Works well to manage inventory. What do you dislike about Teapplix?

What do you like best about Teapplix?

I like how easy it is to process labels through Teapplix. We sell through 3 different vendors and we can easily process all our orders through this one site. We are also able to integrate with Quickbooks and that has helped helped a lot with accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teapplix?

I don't like that support can only be done through email. They are fairly fast at responding so you typically only have to wait a few hours to 24 hours for a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Teapplix?

There is lots of plug-and-play functionality with all of the ecommerce marketplaces. If your specific marketplace isn't listed (like Google Shopping Actions / Google Express), you can create a manual feed and re-arrange the elements of the SOAP Api. It's also a very, very inexpensive product, which is great when retail margins are slim to begin with. If you're a scrappy FBA entrepreneur, this might be the product for you. What do you dislike about Teapplix?

Integrations break constantly and have to be re-synced. The user interface is extremely ugly and un-intuitive. The support is nearly non-existent and fairly unhelpful. The software feels like a silicon valley side hustle of a good developer who works at a FAANG company. You have to be ready for a lot of debugging and blind troubleshooting. Super bad customer service.

It has too much server glitches.

I have been using Teapplix more than 7 years.

However, they have been improving nothing.

Their server has not been improving, the customer service workers are always rude and shouting to their customers, and losing too much listed data.

If you have only less than 250 SKUs you sould be okay for now with Teapplix.

But when your business grows and if you need more than 250 SKUs, you feel what I have been feeling. I'm trying to run away from this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
