It provides end to end shipping management solution for small and medium size businesses. Below are some of it's useful features - 1. It is user friendly, cost friendly. 2. It integrates easily with almost all major ecommerce players. This in turn helps you to get the total list of orders from all the tied up ecommerce aggregators under a single umbrella. 3. It provides value added features such as label printing, routes planning and other shipping related services. 4, Efficient customer management system. **What do you dislike about Teapplix?** Teapplix manages to check all boxes, however below points can be improved - 1. No web application. 2. No mobile application. **What problems is Teapplix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teapplix is solving a variety of problems as below - 1. Complete shipping management solution. 2. It integrates well with almost all major business vendors. 3. Helps to generate shipping labels and route plannings. 4. Helps to cut costs and reduce manual labour. 5. Contributes to efficient utilization of resources and ultimately increases revenue. ### 2. I am able to just create a daily summary. Since we manage all the sales in Teapplix, we don't really need extra customers being created in Quickbooks. The fees get transferred in to Quickbooks and all monetary information is there. **What do you dislike about Teapplix?** They have updated the UI and keep making the app better. I did have trouble locating things I need for admin purposes, but digging around I finally found them, and it all makes sense again. I do wish that I could set up different marketplaces with different settings. I don't bring my custom website sales in using Teapplix, because I would need it to have individual customers and invoices/payments rather than sales receipts. **Recommendations to others considering Teapplix:** Definitely useful for Amazon sales and managing the shipping. It writes back to Amazon with the shipping confirmations, and updates quickbooks with the financial data that you need. **What problems is Teapplix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are not doing the manual entry of the sales and fees associated with the amazon sales. It also keeps my inventory up to date, as things get updated in Quickbooks. I know we are saving hours and hours of data entry time, that frankly, just got behind due to being a small family based business. ### 4. Excellent live US customer support. Supports multiple accounts. Large variety of integrated platforms. Simple and easy to manage and ship orders. The system calculates and remembers weight and dimensions for new orders. Decent rates on shipping labels. Works well to manage inventory. Integrates with QuickBooks. Integrates with Walmart. **What do you dislike about Teapplix?** No mobile version yet. You can't pay to have custom plugins, but they take suggestions and put them in a queue. **Recommendations to others considering Teapplix:** Great software. Worth giving it a try. **What problems is Teapplix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shipping orders. Inventory management. Easier bookkeeping. Complete multiple tasks in one place. ### 5. We sell through 3 different vendors and we can easily process all our orders through this one site. We are also able to integrate with Quickbooks and that has helped helped a lot with accounting. **What do you dislike about Teapplix?** I don't like that support can only be done through email. They are fairly fast at responding so you typically only have to wait a few hours to 24 hours for a response. **Recommendations to others considering Teapplix:** Teapplix has been a great company to work with. They were also a lot more reasonably priced than some of their competitors. Their customer support is always very friendly and gets back to you in a timely fashion. **What problems is Teapplix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are saving hours of our time by being able to process all our orders through one system. ### 6. Unable to recommend. Simply outdated. **What do you dislike about Teapplix?** Support is not helpful when you call, if tickets get too complex, they just stop answering them. Doesn't have any functionality for today's e-commerce space. **Recommendations to others considering Teapplix:** Avoid and use any of the other more updated software **What problems is Teapplix solving and how is that benefiting you?** The service is causing problems. If your specific marketplace isn't listed (like Google Shopping Actions / Google Express), you can create a manual feed and re-arrange the elements of the SOAP Api. It's also a very, very inexpensive product, which is great when retail margins are slim to begin with. If you're a scrappy FBA entrepreneur, this might be the product for you. **What do you dislike about Teapplix?** Integrations break constantly and have to be re-synced. The user interface is extremely ugly and un-intuitive. The support is nearly non-existent and fairly unhelpful. The software feels like a silicon valley side hustle of a good developer who works at a FAANG company. You have to be ready for a lot of debugging and blind troubleshooting. **Recommendations to others considering Teapplix:** Be ready for troubleshooting and debugging, but the rock bottom price reflects this experience. **What problems is Teapplix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teapplix aggregates orders from all of our ecommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce, Walmart 3P, Google Shopping Actions, Etsy) and pulls them into one spot. From there, after integration with your shipping carriers, you can ship out the product via Amazon FBA or from your own warehouse. It then integrates with your accounting software. Note: This isn't exactly seamless, but it has cut down on our order processing/accounting/shipping time by ~90%. I would recommend Teapplix, but only to the right type of person. ### 9. It has too much server glitches. I have been using Teapplix more than 7 years. However, they have been improving nothing. Their server has not been improving, the customer service workers are always rude and shouting to their customers, and losing too much listed data. If you have only less than 250 SKUs you sould be okay for now with Teapplix. But when your business grows and if you need more than 250 SKUs, you feel what I have been feeling. I'm trying to run away from this software. **Recommendations to others considering Teapplix:** Please improve your server and educate your customer service team. **What problems is Teapplix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not at all. ### 10. It does exactly what I need it to do. **What do you dislike about Teapplix?** UX is quite utilitarian but once you start using it, it makes a lot of sense. There is an open API but I haven't yet connected my POS to it. **Recommendations to others considering Teapplix:** It does what it's supposed to do. Not fancy looking but packed full of functionality. At first I was a bit turned off by the UX but after careful comparison against other systems like Ordoro, Teapplix was the winner. **What problems is Teapplix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Central hub for all online inventory control. Inventory management and online order management. Shipping integration, including drop-shipping, and Amazon multi-channel fulfillment requests. Near real-time inventory from Amazon FBA broadcast to other multi-channel marketplaces and ecommerce sites like magento and walmart. ### 11. It did most of what I wanted out of the box, but when we had specific instances where we needed a different solution the support staff was very responsive and extremely helpful. When they didn't offer a way to have tax show through on our sales receipt exactly how we needed it, they had their developer integrate it into the next update and we were good to go! **What do you dislike about Teapplix?** There isn't a ton I dislike.
