**What do you like best about teamble?**

Teamble is an exceptional feedback tool for companies that value feedback as much as we do. It offers various options, such as feedback directly to an employee, feedback to an employee and their manager, or feedback on an employee for their manager. You can even request feedback through Teamble. It’s super flexible and customizable, with all the feedback options you could need.

What’s especially handy and educational is that Teamble can suggest feedback frameworks to help employees structure their feedback effectively. You can also add your company’s values and competencies to Teamble, allowing team members to link their feedback to them. This helps highlight employees' strengths and identify areas for development.

One of my favorite features is how all the feedback is easily accessible when you need to write a performance review. There’s no need to scroll through Slack chats or dig through your own notes -- it’s all right there in Teamble.

**What do you dislike about teamble?**

The user Interface on the web could use some refining. But not critical

**What problems is teamble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamble helps by keeping all feedback in one place, so it’s easy to find when needed, like for performance reviews. It also provides tools to give clear and useful feedback and connects it to company values and goals. This makes the process faster, simpler, and helps build a culture of growth and teamwork.

**What do you like best about teamble?**

I like that it provides ongoing feedback on its integration with Slack, and that it offers many frameworks and competencies that might be custom or inbuilt.For people who don't have training in giving feedback, it might be a good idea to start with an easy framework to improve feedback culture.It also has a Company Feedback feature that provides an option for anonymous feedback.We use it to give people the option to report any misconduct anonymously to our Ethics Committee.
The performance review process is customizable and offers many options for how the HR administrator can set it up. Also, the support team and CEO of this product are very helpful and in touch for any feature requests and ideas, as well as in unexpected situations during annual performance reviews. They provide very quick support, answers, and fixes.

**What do you dislike about teamble?**

There might be some improvements in reporting, especially regarding the performance reviews. We expect to have more advanced analytics and performance dashboards.

**What problems is teamble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- It helps to support and improve our feedback culture, make clearer to people where to share and request feedback and how to do it directly in Slack; 
- It helps us perform our probation and annual 360 performance review, use competencies that are custom to each Job in these reviews automatically 
- It took us minimum time for the administration of our users database as we have direct API integration with our HRMS

**What do you like best about teamble?**

I like that it's simple to learn how to use it. It took me one 15-minutes learning call with my colleague to understand, how to launch review cycles. Also, it's very convenient, that Teamble has Slack integration and employees got feedback requests directly to their Slack account and it's so intuitive for them, that we don't need to onboard every employee to the tool. Also, Teamble have great support, that responds to our requests very quickly and really changes the tool, based on customers feedback.

**What do you dislike about teamble?**

We lack some of the analytics option, so we built our own analytics dashboard for reviews results.

**What problems is teamble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it in my day-to-day work for Probation period review cycle. So we built a transparent Probation 360-review process using Teamble that is easy to start, easy to track, easy to remind employees to write feedback and easy to analyze for me (because it has AI that summarizes all the answers to actionable points).

**What do you like best about teamble?**

The ease of use. The simplicity. The ability to send and receive feedback in 'real-time'. The opportunity to work with the customer success team to carefully configure our feedback templates and forms to how we needed them, aligning them with our organisational tone of voice, approach to feedback and team structures. From design, development and implementation, through to configuration, customisation and ongoing query resolution, the customer service and support has been exemplary.

Since launch, we've had strong adoption globally and high utilisation of the various feedback templates through Teamble. We have provided our employees with the opportunity to 'Get' and 'Gather 360 Feedback', to support their ongoing learning, development and growth. We've also enabled a culture where employees can 'Give' feedback to others whom they work with day-to-day. This can be at any time, whether this follows a client pitch, the completion of a project, an observation of a presentation, or even to provide inputs on individual areas of strength and development. Teamble has been integrated into the day-to-day, connected through our slack internal communication tool - with accessibility being key. We have also been able to select our desired feedback templates, configure the questions and also add in some useful probes, to encourage the right responses and provide structure to guide individuals providing the feedback. Teamble has enabled us to introduce a simple system for facilitating individual feedback that continues to support our team's learning, development and growth.

**What do you like best about teamble?**

What I like most about Teamble is that it's easy to use and integrate with Slack, and our teams love it because they don’t have to spend extra time figuring out how it works. Also, Teamble provides a variety of go-to feedback templates and models, making it a perfect solution for various HR processes such as Company Feedback, Performance Appraisals and Probation Reviews, as well as ongoing feedback. Overall, it’s a great tool if you aim for a culture of open communication, regular feedback, and growth within your company.

**What do you dislike about teamble?**

Honestly, I haven't had any significant issues with Teamble. I could say it meets all my expectations and has been a reliable, highly functional tool for our feedback processes.

**What problems is teamble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamble solves several key challenges in managing feedback processes. It simplifies our HR processes: Performance Appraisals and Probation Reviews can be launched with just a couple of clicks. And with its variety of templates, seamless Slack integration, and overall excellent UX, it saves time for teams to engage in continuous feedback - which is a priority for HR that often feels like a "burden" to employees.

**What do you like best about teamble?**

We were among Teamle's early customers, starting our relationship with the company in 2021. We initially used Teamble for employee pulse checks, and then quickly expanded our usage from there into their full suite of employee feedback and performance management offerings. 

Teamble is fantastic. The software is very easy to get started on and does not require any lengthly implemetnation process. We used a lot of different feedback tools prior to Teamble, but found that they were all very archaic in how they work. In the tradiitonal tools, you give feedback to your team every few months in formal reviews, which tends to be an overload of feedback and, because it happens so time delayed, it's not very actionable. Teamble completely changed how we think about feedback - it enables our team leads to give timely, meaningful, and actional feedback on a continuous basis. Both our team leads and our employees love it and use it multiple times a week. 

Many software tools get in the way of building good culture. But Teamble has actually enabled us to build a radically better feedback culture in our company. They are also constantly shipping new features and the product keeps getting better and better. Customer service has been great as well, and they are very open to feature requests.

**What do you dislike about teamble?**

We are very happy with everything that Teamble offers. There are no gaps in the offering vs. what we expect the software to perform. Moreover, Teamble has been very responsive to building additional features when we did have requests.

**What problems is teamble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We neeced a tool to manage employee feedback and performance management, as well as employee pulse checks. All of the other tools we had tried previously were archaic and old school. They were all built around "quarterly reviews", but none of them offered continuous, actionable feedback. Teamble has completely changed how we are able to manage feedbacks and peformance management. It's been amazing.

I am using Teamble for years and starting from a basic Slack app, now Teamble makes our feedback and performance review processes easier.  Continuous tracking is a key, Teamble sends us weekly reminders and collaborate our culture as a team player, like a people & culture responsible.

**What do you dislike about teamble?**

Not many, but sometimes it can be lost among many slack messages.

**What problems is teamble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Teamble, giving feedback was very hard for us. I needed to give constructive feedback but I always forgot to give on time, when an issue occurred I remembered my feedback and gave it not in the right time. But with Teamble, I don't forget my feedback and timely deliver it to employees.

**What do you like best about teamble?**

It's simplicity and ease of use especially the integration with Slack enabling much wider adoption than other HR tools. The feedback focused AI agent is definitely a game changer. We had a  small People team but the minimal administrative requirements with Teamble made it easy for us to adopt and launch critical HR programs such as engagement surveys and performance reviews. Customer success and support teams are always at your fingertips, while the CEO and Founder has been very attentive to all clients.

The reporting and API could advance further.

Building a high performing team and a People function with gold standards was a top priority for me. Teamble made it possible for us to effectively and easily establish key people culture and practices such as employee engagement, goal setting, and year around performance reviews.
