What do you like best about teamble?

Teamble is an exceptional feedback tool for companies that value feedback as much as we do. It offers various options, such as feedback directly to an employee, feedback to an employee and their manager, or feedback on an employee for their manager. You can even request feedback through Teamble. It’s super flexible and customizable, with all the feedback options you could need.

What’s especially handy and educational is that Teamble can suggest feedback frameworks to help employees structure their feedback effectively. You can also add your company’s values and competencies to Teamble, allowing team members to link their feedback to them. This helps highlight employees' strengths and identify areas for development.

One of my favorite features is how all the feedback is easily accessible when you need to write a performance review. There’s no need to scroll through Slack chats or dig through your own notes -- it’s all right there in Teamble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about teamble?

What do you like best about teamble?

I like that it provides ongoing feedback on its integration with Slack, and that it offers many frameworks and competencies that might be custom or inbuilt.For people who don't have training in giving feedback, it might be a good idea to start with an easy framework to improve feedback culture.It also has a Company Feedback feature that provides an option for anonymous feedback.We use it to give people the option to report any misconduct anonymously to our Ethics Committee.

The performance review process is customizable and offers many options for how the HR administrator can set it up. Also, the support team and CEO of this product are very helpful and in touch for any feature requests and ideas, as well as in unexpected situations during annual performance reviews. What do you dislike about teamble?

What do you like best about teamble?

I like that it's simple to learn how to use it. It took me one 15-minutes learning call with my colleague to understand, how to launch review cycles. Also, it's very convenient, that Teamble has Slack integration and employees got feedback requests directly to their Slack account and it's so intuitive for them, that we don't need to onboard every employee to the tool. The ease of use. The simplicity. The ability to send and receive feedback in 'real-time'. What do you like best about teamble?

What I like most about Teamble is that it's easy to use and integrate with Slack, and our teams love it because they don’t have to spend extra time figuring out how it works. Also, Teamble provides a variety of go-to feedback templates and models, making it a perfect solution for various HR processes such as Company Feedback, Performance Appraisals and Probation Reviews, as well as ongoing feedback. What do you like best about teamble?

We were among Teamle's early customers, starting our relationship with the company in 2021. We initially used Teamble for employee pulse checks, and then quickly expanded our usage from there into their full suite of employee feedback and performance management offerings.

Teamble is fantastic. The software is very easy to get started on and does not require any lengthly implemetnation process. We used a lot of different feedback tools prior to Teamble, but found that they were all very archaic in how they work. In the tradiitonal tools, you give feedback to your team every few months in formal reviews, which tends to be an overload of feedback and, because it happens so time delayed, it's not very actionable. Teamble completely changed how we think about feedback - it enables our team leads to give timely, meaningful, and actional feedback on a continuous basis. Both our team leads and our employees love it and use it multiple times a week.

Many software tools get in the way of building good culture. But Teamble has actually enabled us to build a radically better feedback culture in our company. They are also constantly shipping new features and the product keeps getting better and better. Customer service has been great as well, and they are very open to feature requests. It's simplicity and ease of use especially the integration with Slack enabling much wider adoption than other HR tools. The feedback focused AI agent is definitely a game changer.
