**What do you like best about Team Coaches?**

As a leader for a team, Team Coaches provide a solution to me in managing my direct reports. This tool is efficient in delegating tasks to my direct reports, evaluating outcomes, and generating reports automatically

**What do you dislike about Team Coaches?**

As of now, we do not have any shortcomings when using this tool.

**What problems is Team Coaches solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we are a new team, I am finding ways to manage my direct report without the need to use excel or email which could be outdated in a short time. This improve the communication, the results and the motivation in the team.

**What do you like best about Team Coaches?**

The most helpful feature of Team Coaches for me is getting to us the announcements and calendar features to announce projects, deadlines, and events to my group.

**What do you dislike about Team Coaches?**

The least helpful thing about Team Coaches is its ability to be spread and taught. Not too many of my employees were familiar with the software and so having to teach it to everyone that we bring on can be a hassle. However, I suppose that the same could be said with any software.

**What problems is Team Coaches solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is less of a problem and more of an inconvenience really, but Team Coaches saves me a lot of time. So the issue it solves I suppose would be lack of time that I have and it helps me use more of my time efficiently leaving me with more time.
