Create tasks for all clients in one go or for individual clients in few clicks. Application is smart enough to get whether a return is actually required to be filed or not. GST return tasks cannot be marked as completed unless confirmed from GSTN server. Mark priority task as star, comment on tasks, check activity of task, search in tasks. Get complete overview of tasks in overview page and filter on basis of status. Check summary of pending returns and all reports on dashboard. Add any number of users and give them rights you want. Check all details of a client on client page and check GST return status directly from GSTN server. Send sms and WhatsApp to individual client or in bulk. Filter clients on basis of return required to file and status and send targeted messages. It may be suitable for big tasks like audits of big firms and internal audits. But not for firms that are managing GST and Income clients. **Recommendations to others considering TaxAdda Practice management software:** If you look at any other Practice Management Software, you will find that they are more like a project management systems. You can create a project, allocate users, add sub-tasks, users can add time etc. But all have a common problem, they are not practical for a Tax Practitioner. They may be suitable for big tasks like audit of big firms and internal audits. But not for firms which are managing GST and Income clients. **What problems is TaxAdda Practice management software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Intelligent Task Creator – Add tasks for all or multiple clients in one go. Dashboard- It has a great dashboard that allows you to review the incomplete GST returns and the completed returns ready for filing. ### 2. Intelligence to determine if tax returns need to be filed or not, gives an almost accurate view of how much tax needs to be paid or refunded. Customisation options are really helpful. **What do you dislike about TaxAdda Practice management software?** Needs to have more popularity/publicity while pitching with clients, some have not heard about it. WhatsApp functionality needs to be explained and integrated in a better way .
