It provides cloud, SaaS, and web-based deployment. It also offers online training and the documentation is great. They also provide support over chat, phone, etc. **What do you dislike about Firm360?** This tool is new, so I didn't find that many dislikes or disadvantages, but one thing that I didn't like is that I didn't find the email function to send and reply to the emails to the clients to increase productivity. **What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Firm360 is a fantastic tool to increase the productivity of an organization. It helps in saving the average time up to 10 hours per week of the employees that can be utilized in some other projects and hence increase the ROI for an organization. This helps in saving costs and even reducing the workload from employees. ### 3. Its best suitable for the mid cap organisations. The various features to manage the workload works perfectly well to organise the teams. It helps to keep perfect tab on accounts and billing section. **What do you dislike about Firm360?** The user interface and workflow is little bit complex as you need to dig alot to find all the information. Firm360 should add search key to take direct access of what you want to know. **Recommendations to others considering Firm360:** Save your overtime salary and streamline your work in proper ways. **What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Firm 360 manages all the billing, cash flows, projects and clients very effectively.
