What do you like best about Firm360?

I appreciate that Firm360 creates a seamless system to house all of our firm data, eliminating the need for multiple client lists. I like having everything in one place and the projects feature is great for monitoring where we are within a process. The initial setup was very easy, and they offer a client import that was helpful. What do you dislike about Firm360?

The tasks do not have a history time stamp feature, and we wish it would so we could use this as part of our audit documentation compliance. The initial setup was easy but time consuming to create our client list with all the data points. Although they offer a client import, getting the Excel file ready for import took some time. "Streamlined Our Accounting Firm with Ease"
What do you like best about Firm360?

I really appreciate the project tracking management feature in Firm360. It's great that everything is integrated together, meaning we don't need multiple accounts for different functions. Other firms might have to use separate software for things like document storage and invoicing, but everything being combined into one with Firm360 is a big advantage. I've also received positive feedback from clients about the client portal, and they like that they don't have to set up separate accounts as we use their information already on file. This streamlined approach means we're more efficient and cuts down on the back and forth communication significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firm360?

The number one thing that doesn't work well is the signatures seem clunky and slow with RightSignature. However, it does work fine. I don't have any major complaints about it, but I know it could be better. Also, with the proposal feature, it would be helpful for a client to be able to select which option they want, since we do a lot of tiered proposals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firm360?

I really like Firm360 for its ease of use. It works the way you'd expect it to, which made it easy for our team at SARANTO LLC to adapt immediately. The integrations are valuable too; Firm360 works well with other industry software through Zapier and their API. The team behind Firm360 is also great—they're knowledgeable, accommodating, and continue to offer the same excellent service as when we first became clients about two years ago. They are very responsive, and the programming team consistently releases useful updates based on client needs. I can't overlook how the software helps us keep all our information in one place, track clients effectively, and maintain an overview of team workloads for better efficiency. The Stripe integration provides a clear view of Accounts Receivable which is quite helpful. Lastly, their support made the setup very easy for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firm360?

Currently Firm360 integrates with Stripe only for merchant processing. Stripe, functionally, has a very antiquated way to verify ACH. Many clients do not want to go through their process. ACH is less expensive for us to process payments, however, we have to use a secondary system to process that. I know they are working on upgrading this system and we look forward to it. What do you like best about Firm360?

I find that Firm360 excels as an excellent all-in-one solution for managing accounting workflows, bringing a sense of organization and ease to complex processes. The integration of features like time tracking, billing, and project management into one platform is incredibly beneficial, eliminating the need to juggle multiple tools. This streamlined approach reduces the chaos typically associated with separate apps and tasks, making it much easier to manage various aspects of work without hassle. The convenience of built-in time tracking directly within workflows is a standout feature, as it makes what could be a chore effortless and seamless. Billing is made smooth and efficient through its direct connection to time entries and client data. Additionally, I appreciate Firm360 for helping to unify previously scattered tools, having made a switch from using a mix of tools including Karbon and separate applications for time tracking and billing. Its initial setup was notably convenient, making the transition smooth. Overall, the cohesive functionality of Firm360 drives a significantly better and more organized workflow for me. What do you dislike about Firm360?

I find it frustrating that Firm360 automatically logs me out, which interrupts my workflow. Additionally, the two-factor authentication kicks in too frequently, which becomes annoying and disrupts my focus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also hear your frustration with being logged out and with two-factor prompts interrupting your focus. This is a security measure, but the good news is that your firm has control over it. There is a setting that allows you to choose your preferred logout time due to inactivity. If you’d like help adjusting that, our team is happy to walk you through it.

I wish there was an integration between CPAcharge and Firm360. It would also be nice if there was a way to have certain items from UltraTax store in specific document folders. Lastly, when adding a new client and selecting their appropriate 'services provided' options, I wish it would automatically add the corresponding project to that client. What do you like best about Firm360?

Billing and invoicing is quick and snappy, able to invoice much quicker and auto reminders are a good touch. Client management system is good, to see clients, contact information, emails, and also share multiple clients with a single contact for those that have multiple businesses is a good thing. What do you dislike about Firm360?

It tries to do too much and mediocre at most aspects. As a Firm with a good reputation in the community, many of the aspects like messaging to clients and invoices lack customizations that would make us look more professional and put our branding in all messaging. Letter templates are bland white letters with no custom logos, no branding and look like spam letters since all this is removed. The time tracker is cumbersome and editing it while still in use is basically nonexistent, since you have to save down your time just to edit a wrong category or billing item. It is just not friendly enough for a medium size firm that needs to be Brand forward and custom for the large clients we serve.

The PDF document and file managment are unusable and we have stopped using their document management system. To download each PDF workpaper and then use an add-on to resync it, (which would fail by the way many times) left us with more headaches than solutions.

A small firm may have great success, but overall I think F360 would be better off focusing on a few compenents and doing these really well. The Software still can glitch and just overall not hitting all the marks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firm360?

More than 3 years ago, we were able to move from multiple different products for project management, time tracking, client portals and A/R to everything in one place with Firm360. By setting up project templates, we are able to keep on top of repetitive work, annual filings for clients, etc. and nothing falls through the cracks. Support has been very responsive and there are continuous updates adding more nice features. The ability to run reports and analyze time on projects, clients, etc. is very helpful in adjusting workloads and pricing to our clients. We live by Firm360 daily! What do you dislike about Firm360?

No app for clients. Would be nice for clients to be able to take a picture or create a PDF from their phone and upload to us through the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firm360?

An all in one snapshot of clients and all of their documents, client information, fees, etc. I like being able to access the reports that I need in current time. The user manual has a lot of good information and tips that will typically help you solve any question that you do have. What do you dislike about Firm360?

There is definitely a learning curve and all staff has to utilize it in the same manner to work efficiently and effectively. Not a fan of the messages feature. If a client sends a message all users in our firm get the message. Not just the partner in charge for who it was intended for. You can utilize the filtering option so they don't crowd up your inbox.
