**What do you like best about Talisma Chat & Cobrowse?**

Talisma helps you to set up screen sharing and co-browsing on the go for your clients without them having to download any external apps. It works pretty much like AnyDesk, but it has more features which are better for a professional environment. Its easy for the clients to navigate and doesn't require a lot of explaining. 
1) The latency is better than other competitors, like Anydesk.
2) Features like tab sharing and sound sharing.
3) Works fine even on average internet connections.
4) It's very easy to integrate into our work desktops because there is an option to hide specific applications/ data while sharing your screen.
5) I have used it four-five times till now, and the experience has been great.

**What do you dislike about Talisma Chat & Cobrowse?**

It's a great service but the problem is the constant downtimes. Even at the time of writing this, the website isn't working. And there is no way for us to contact support and get a reply fast because of it. What good are all the features if we cannot rely on it to use it in our meetings?

Co-browsing on the go with clients, much better than their competitors.

Before, if I have issue on website, I need explain everything in long message. Now, agent can see my screen and guide me easy. It benefit me because I get fast answer and no need to type so much. Also, it help understand better because agent show steps instead of just tell.

I love how the tool makes it easier to communicate with customers in realtime. I can access chat history without any hassle and also use canned responses significantly. Cobrowse also is an impressive tool that provides hands on assistance, helping us guide customers or clients through complex processes without any difficulties and with great precision.

Sometimes the system feels a bit slow, while handling multiple chats. Also, some features are a bit tricky to use without additional support.

Talisma Chat & Cobrowse is helpful in the process of solving the intricate questions and concerns that customers have. I can easily identify problems and lead the customer through the buying process with the help of live chat and the possibility to monitor their actions.

**What do you dislike about Talisma Chat & Cobrowse?**

It has a pretty big drawback in my opinion as I can’t control what the customer will see on my screen precisely. I cannot selectively block areas or data which may be a major issue in terms of security when dealing with customers’ information.

Talisma Chat & Cobrowse has enhanced my customer service interaction to a great deal. I am able to grasp the customer’s needs and offer solutions when I sit with the customer and navigate through the website with them.

It can actually work well with small sized, simple companies where communcation in a collaborative browsing is not essential. Other than that, I can say the customer support worked really hard to get it implemented and made it easy for user testing.

The product is not designed to go above, can work in simple organisations, not suitable for complex, especially multi national, international companies. The features won't be enough if you are looking for a better tool as this is supposed to be a daily tool to use.

The application has an autosave option for providing a better service to the customer. We can save the drafts by offering faster service to the customer. The application offers a better interface to do the work very quickly. The application has been used for a long time and has positive feedback from the users. The customer service is easy when we use the application.

**What do you dislike about Talisma Chat & Cobrowse?**

The speed is a bit slow when you are not using a better desktop. It depends on the system you use for running the application. The Software glitches happen when the method you use is not a very high-end configuration. The way the interface works is not up to the mark. Customer service is essential for any service provider to lead the race.

The best application to use since I have excellent knowledge of the industry since I have tremendous experience with customer service.

I was with the customer service team, where I had to support the customers using Talisma. The application has a neat working interface which makes our service very easy. The chat support team cant be providing support without the help of the application.
