We tested several different database platforms, and Tadabase best served our needs. We were able to build custom workflows and dashboards depending on the permissions each employee should have. Our onsite techs have a clean dashboard that makes perfect sense, while our office staff can see overall job statuses.
What I like best is how flexible and customizable it is. Our business has had multiple changes in our operations, and we quickly adapted in nearly real-time. I don't have much to complain about, but having dedicated phone support would be awesome if I had to choose one thing. The chat is super responsive, especially Tim, Lee, and Chem always answer my questions, but calling a dedicated support rep would solve our questions quicker.
