What do you like best about Syntasa?

I use Syntasa to unify customer and business data from different sources like websites, mobile apps, and CRM systems into a single clean dataset. What do you like best about Syntasa?

As a business analyst , i often use Syntasa because it is seamless and easy to navigate. Syntasa is a self-service web application that collects, analyzes and consolidates custom data reports for business decisons and enhances workflow management and CRM. It has AI automated processes which makes it easier for custom reporting, easy to implement and everything works in cloud.It is easy to connect to different data sources like Facebook and LinkedIn and collect relevant data there and consolidate it effectively especially my Facebook advertising data .

The audience targeting was superb for my work as a business analyst. The in-built AI analytics helps to track customer marketing behavior and insights, buying habits and transactions across sales which is often useful in making informed business decisions and maximizing earnings.

What do you dislike about Syntasa?

Customer support response time was often slow especially when dealing with lots of data at the same time.It happened a few times when i needed troubleshooting.
