**What do you like best about Syntasa?**

I use Syntasa to unify customer and business data from different sources like websites, mobile apps, and CRM systems into a single clean dataset. This helps my company get a full picture of customer activities. I really like that it aids in understanding customer buying patterns and predicting customer behavior. Syntasa is less technical and visualizes data faster, which is efficient for me because I don't have to spend a lot of time coding.

**What do you dislike about Syntasa?**

I think the onboarding process could be easier and navigating the platform could be improved. A stronger real-time collaboration feature would also be beneficial, so teams can share work progress and discussions inside the software. Some team members have complained about navigating the platform.

**What problems is Syntasa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Syntasa to unify customer data from various sources, solving data fragmentation. It helps predict customer behavior and is efficient due to less technical complexity, saving time by visualizing data quickly without much coding.

I love Syntasa! It saved my life. It helps me for anything I want and makes my life better and easier. I can't live without it. The initial setup was easy enough, and I use Syntasa for almost everything.

**What do you like best about Syntasa?**

Syntasa is a powerful platform for behavioral analytics and real-time customer intelligence. One of the things I really liked about it is its seamless integration with cloud platforms like GCP and AWS, which makes handling large-scale data very efficient. The AI/ML capabilities for customer segmentation and journey prediction are spot on and incredibly useful for targeted marketing strategies.

The platform can be difficult to navigate for new users or teams without prior experience in data engineering or ML.

Configuration and integration with data sources require a strong technical background and sometimes feel overly complicated.

The available documentation isn't always clear or comprehensive, which slows down troubleshooting and implementation.

Syntasa is solving the problem of fragmented and underutilized customer behavior data. Traditionally, collecting, processing, and analyzing behavioral data across digital channels required multiple tools and manual effort. Syntasa streamlines this by unifying data from various sources—like web, mobile, and CRM—into a centralized behavioral data platform. For me, this has been incredibly beneficial because it reduces the time spent on data preparation and allows more focus on generating insights and building machine learning models. The AI-driven personalization features help target the right audience with the right message, which has improved campaign performance and user engagement.

the platform gives us the fkexibility to work with both code and non code pipelines which is incredibly helpful for teams having mixed skills. Its drag and drop workflow builder clean and powerful enough to handle even complex data processes without overwhelming the user.

i have found it helpful anad for me i don't have anything to dislike.

before adopting Syntasa, we faced major challenges with soiled data, delayed analytics and fragmented tools across teams. Syntasa help us unify the customer data into a centaralized environment. It eleminated the lag between data ingestion and action which has been a big win for both our marketing and analytical teams.

**What do you like best about Syntasa?**

As a business analyst , i often use Syntasa  because it is seamless and  easy to navigate. Syntasa is a self-service web application that collects, analyzes and consolidates custom data reports for business decisons and enhances workflow management and CRM. It has AI automated processes which makes it easier for custom reporting, easy to implement and everything works in cloud.It is easy to connect to different data sources like Facebook and LinkedIn and collect relevant data there and consolidate it effectively  especially my Facebook advertising data .

The audience targeting was superb  for my work as a business analyst. The in-built AI analytics helps to  track customer  marketing behavior and insights, buying habits  and transactions across sales which is often useful in making informed business decisions and maximizing earnings.
 Also Syntasa customer support is  available to assist you  with ease. I often liked their chat support.

**What do you dislike about Syntasa?**

Customer support response time was often slow  especially when dealing with lots of data at the same time.It happened a few times when i needed troubleshooting. There were some nodes that often needed real-time technical support to fix or set up,it would be nice to to make it user-friendly.

**What problems is Syntasa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business analyst , i often use Syntasa  because it is seamless and  easy to navigate.It has AI automated processes which  enhances easier data custom reporting and integration across different social media  platforms that i use in business.It also helps in analyzing and tracking different consumer marketing behavior, insights and  buying patterns which  helps me make informed business decisions and increase my earnings.

**What do you like best about Syntasa?**

I have used Syntasa when my team has needed customer insights from the constantly increasing amount of data available to us.  It is about integrating different data sources and to deploy specific machine learning algorithms let us discover not easily identifiable patterns.

**What do you dislike about Syntasa?**

Reporting to the colleagues in a team can be tiresome when working in large groups with lots of ideas to share.  The absence of real-time strong communication features and the absence of a versatile model development paradigm affects our work.

**What problems is Syntasa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syntasa helps ourselves and other departments now from inputting the time and effort to manually compile the data and then code it in order to gain new insights about customers that we can analyze faster.  Custom models enable flexibility in extending a customer experience based on potential segment of customers.

**What do you like best about Syntasa?**

Syntasa has done me good as it enhanced the analysis of the customer data by my team and get real time information. It enables identification of closely linked first-party behavioural data with the enterprise data to have the complete picture of the customer.

**What do you dislike about Syntasa?**

This integration does not seem to support many out-of-the-box integrations with other marketing and CRM-related tools.  This becomes a challenge to those firms that mostly depend on these tools in handling customers and their details.

**What problems is Syntasa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syntasa solves the problem of the different isolated databases designed for our customer data analysis.  This lets us track correlations that cannot be seen when systems are all detached from one another.

It has been useful for our marketing team that Syntasa is capable of automating the preparation and integration of data. They release us from the time-consuming processing chores and enable us to concentrate on the results interpretation and the development of the customer interaction approach.

**What do you dislike about Syntasa?**

It appears that Syntasa is not very strong on collaboration-related aspects. In the moment there is very limited capabilities related to performing real-time communications and information sharing opportunities within the platform.

Syntasa saves a lot of time that would have been used in data preparation, thus offering the ability to explore more data and plan better. The real time information is therefore really helpful in creating a window to customer’s behavior.

Syntasa is good at data pre-processing and data merging. It saves my team’s precious time spent data manipulation and enables me as well as my team to concentrate on analysis.

It also appears that Syntasa can only aspire to proper collaboration offerings. This hampers idea generation and data analysis that need to be undertaken collectively, which is essential to our marketing approach.

It is very easy to deploy various machine learning algorithms using Syntasa platform. All the data sources are easily integrated and how easy it is to implement. They have tonnes of features. I often use this tool at my work place.

I am more of a business user and hence difficult to pin point any technical improvements with the tool. the customer service needs to be improved little.
