I had an issue syncing PayPal, and they were able to fix it in a timely manner. They were also helpful with a billing issue. Efficiency has increased with use of the app. Unfortunately, I still have to manually enter the class in Quickbooks, but I don't think that is a Snyder app issue. **What do you dislike about Synder?** It would be nice to have more payment tiers. Something with around 500 syncs at a price between the 100 and 1,000 sync plans would work well for us. **What problems is Synder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatically syncs our donations from Stripe and PayPal into Quickbooks (creates a sales receipt with all applicable donor information, except for class). ### 2. She was able to help me with the importing of old transactions and the undoing of previous entered square and shopify postings that were not posted to sales, taxes and fees yet. Diana was thorough and accurate in her advise. Within 5 minutes I undid all my bank feed "auto adds" for Shopify and Square and then started importing old transactions and synced. So easy, so fast! I am probably going to cover the fee myself and just charge for the time I saved using the app:) I am glad Diana was so well informed and the software works so great! **What do you dislike about Synder?** So far I haven't had any gliches with Square syncing. **What problems is Synder solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was struggling with reconciling both shopify and square transactions. Everything came in clean. **Recommendations to others considering Synder:** Use the trial subscription to test. You get 10 free syncs. Most scenarios can be created and live in 10 minutes. Use the chat functionality as it is very helpful to have the live support if you get stuck. I also really enjoyed the advanced options to customize the way my journal entries were entered into the system. The basic is a great start but click the advanced for a great tweaks.
