**What do you like best about Synder?**

I like how Synder synchronizes on a per transaction basis, allowing us to split out transactions that are applicable for VAT. It effectively puts the submission of quarterly VAT returns on autopilot. The automation it provides for collecting records is a big time-saver, reducing tasks that would normally take hours. Also, while the initial setup involves a lot of configuration, the guides were very useful, making the process pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Synder?**

I think when you first sign up, having a bank of credits to allow you to bring your transaction history up to date would be useful. We found that we've hit the limits quite quickly. And then we found the next level of pricing to be quite unreasonable.

**What problems is Synder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synder automates record collection, saving hours of manual work, and synchronizes transactions to manage VAT returns effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Synder?**

I use Synder for automating my accounting tasks, and I really appreciate its automation. It syncs payments, invoices, and sales data from multiple platforms without errors, which is super helpful. The dashboard is clean, easy to understand, and gives me a clear snapshot of my sales and financial activity. I love the reconciliation feature as it saves a lot of time and ensures accuracy by matching every transaction without confusion. All these features together make my bookkeeping faster, cleaner, and much more reliable. The integration with my payment gateways and accounting platform is smooth and keeps all my data organized. Also, since we moved to Synder from another tool, the workflow and syncing have been much smoother and more reliable.

Just the setup could be simpler. Everything else works very well.

**What do you like best about Synder?**

I love how reliable and accurate the syncing in Synder is. Once it’s set up, it runs quietly in the background and pulls in transactions correctly without needing constant checks. I really appreciate the clear breakdown of sales, fees, refunds, and taxes, which makes reconciliation much easier. The straightforward interface and helpful support team during setup are big pluses. Overall, it saves a lot of time and gives confidence that the accounting data is actually correct, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Synder?**

One thing that could be improved in Synder is the initial setup and learning curve. For someone new to accounting integrations, it can take a bit of time to understand the different sync settings and choose the right configuration. Also, some advanced features and higher sync volumes are only available on the higher pricing plans, which may feel a little expensive for very small businesses at the beginning.

**What do you like best about Synder?**

What I like most about Synder is how smoothly it syncs transactions between different payment platform and accounting software. It saves a lot of manual effort, especially when dealing with multiple payment gateways. The automation is reliable, and once the initial step is done, it works consistently in the background. The interface is clean and not overly complicated, which makes it easy to track payments, refunds and payouts in one place.

**What do you dislike about Synder?**

One thing I don't like much is that the initial setup can feel a bit confusing, especially for the first-time users who are not very familiar with the accounting tools. Also some advanced features take time to understand, and better onboarding or step-by-step guidance would help. Pricing could also be more flexible for small businesses or individual users.

**What problems is Synder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synder helps solve the problem of manually recording transactions from different payment platforms into accounting software. Earlier matching payments, fees, and payouts used to take lot of time and was prone to errors. With Synder, most of this work is automated, which saves time and reduces mistakes. It also makes it easier to keep accounts up to date and get a clearer picture of the cash flow.

I had excellent customer support from Maxim, who was always helpful and solved all my questions related to the rules I have in the platform. He also suggested new features that would best fit our company. I like that we avoid the process of syncing Stripe with QBO.

I wish we could change the rules without getting customer support.

Brining all the my POSs into one spot and everything is mapped to go into QBO without me doing anything. It has saved me a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Synder?**

Synder Drastically Reduced the Time Needed to Close the Books at My SaaS Clients. The Smart Rules Feature works great to customize categorization of different revenue streams, products, and customers. Although there is a bit of up-front work getting the settings configured correctly, once this is done Synder essentially runs itself. And even when something goes wrong due to user error or issues with system integrations, they have a fantastic support team (shout out to Anna, who recently helped solved a big mess at one of my clients within a few hours).

**What do you dislike about Synder?**

One thing to keep in mind is that the different subscription tiers include different allowances in terms of syncs per month. So make sure to purchase the proper scale for your organization!

**What problems is Synder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synder takes 95% of the human labor out of accounting for e-commerce and SaaS transactions.

We love how many e-commerce channels Synder connects with and the amount of data it helps to import into accounting software. Get customers, line item data, and more! Reconcilations are a breeze even with 1,000s of transactions.

**What do you dislike about Synder?**

Refunds and chargebacks still require manual effort to get right in the accounting platform. So better keep that brainy bookkeeper around ;-)

**What problems is Synder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting massive amounts of customer and product level sales information imported and easily reconciled each month from a variety of e-commerce channels (more than QuickBooks connects to out of the box).
