What do you like best about Syncrofy?

I like the way that it ties together various EDI documents. I find that the interface is rather simple to navigate. I find that the reports it provides are fairly intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncrofy?

I think we have experienced lack of support for less common EDI docs and I wish it was a bit easier to integrate non-EDI documents in as well. I would like to see the reports have more options available in terms of parameters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncrofy solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Easy to use, somewhat limited functionality"

What do you like best about Syncrofy?

It's easy to use with minimal training, and very flexible with the type of information I can pull. I can tweak a query/report quickly to narrow my search. The response time is also pretty quick. Their support is also very responsive and seem open to requests for modifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncrofy?

Syncrofy could have more functionality and provide a few more useful details. I can find the information I need, but I still have to go back to the EDI system if I want to do anything with that information (resubmit failed transactions, adjust the setup for a partner, etc). Some key details are missing for some transactions that would make research more efficient. Document (PO and invoice, etc.) numbers are not listed separately but as part of the document name. I have to create a searchable field for a lookup function myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncrofy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our new EDI platform is not very user-friendly and does not provide an easy way to view details. it's also very slow to log in. Syncrofy provides a much more user friendly interface for viewing document and their details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Which segments/details are missing and on which transactions?

With regards to “document numbers not being listed out separately," Syncrofy provides the ability to search and filter by Transaction ID Type (850, 810, etc.) or “human readable” name (PO, Invoice, etc.) under “Documents." Would this address your requirements?

What do you like best about Syncrofy?

Syncrofy removes the complexity of EDI transactions in a simple human-readable format for the business to make sense of data and take appropriate action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncrofy?

Some of EDI transactions like EDI 858 is not supported and EDI 823 transactions are not completely developed in terms of line item visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Syncrofy provides the ability to download data in CSV; the data may then be exported/uploaded to other systems. With Syncrofy's recently added "Replay" feature, Syncrofy provides the ability to export a single file or batches onto an SFTP server from where our customers can then download and share the files with their trading partners or upload into other systems.

"Syncrofy works well for my business needs"

What do you like best about Syncrofy?

Finding EDI orders, as my company does not allow me access at a server or database level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncrofy?

Inability to develop reports that do what I need them to do. An export to Excel that includes header and item level and allows table joins would be beneficial. Or even ability to pull the data based on SQL server scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 849 Response to Product Transfer Account Adjustment and the 845 Price Authorization Acknowledgment are both transactions that are supported by Syncrofy today and found by searching by the document number or name within the documents tab. You can also leverage the documents tab and filter by trading partner to see transactions tied to one or more specified partner. While we do not support the ability to search by product identifier today, this is something we have considered for the future of Syncrofy.
