I find that the interface is rather simple to navigate. I find that the reports it provides are fairly intuitive. **What do you dislike about Syncrofy?** I think we have experienced lack of support for less common EDI docs and I wish it was a bit easier to integrate non-EDI documents in as well. I would like to see the reports have more options available in terms of parameters. **Recommendations to others considering Syncrofy:** I would recommend a thorough evalution and demonstrations when considering and reviewing **What problems is Syncrofy solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a company, we have been able to use Syncrofy to more accurately track vendor compliance and are looking to expand to allow direct vendor access in the near future. **Official Response from Daniela Weiszhar:** > Thank you for taking the time to share your review. You can search quickly for debit memos. The 849 Response to Product Transfer Account Adjustment and the 845 Price Authorization Acknowledgment are both transactions that are supported by Syncrofy today and found by searching by the document number or name within the documents tab. You can also leverage the documents tab and filter by trading partner to see transactions tied to one or more specified partner. While we do not support the ability to search by product identifier today, this is something we have considered for the future of Syncrofy. ### 5. In addition, Syncrofy has been a great tool for myself (EDI team) due to the document correlation features. **What do you dislike about Syncrofy?** Syncrofy does have a few limitations when handling all document types that flow through EDI. 1. EDIFACT is a big part of our global EDI business - mainly in Europe, but still a decent percentage in the US. 2. There are several internal app-to-app transactions that are non-EDI in nature. It would be great to get visibility to these internal transactions through Syncrofy. 3. We key off location codes when routing data to/from our backend ERPs. We would benefit from more robust searching/filtering related to address location codes (N104 field). **What problems is Syncrofy solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Did we send/receive this document? - General document search is much faster. 2. How many documents came through like this one last month? - Using documents filtering to gather groups of documents that meet certain criteria 3. Did we ASN/INV for this PO? - Correlation/timeline features ### 6. Tracing the full order lifecycle is very easy using document correlation and the timeline view. **What do you dislike about Syncrofy?** Syncrofy does not support all EDI transactions and we don't have visibility to documents that are sent using ERP or XML formats. **What problems is Syncrofy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Business users can access EDI data in a user-friendly format and work directly with customers without involving the EDI team resulting in time savings for the IT group. Document correlations allow us to access order data for shipment or invoice issues quickly. ### 7. The features till date have been very useful. Looking forward for more add ons. **What problems is Syncrofy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I see that the need for technical analysis is eradicated , as the business/support analyst can directly go through the EDI documents in a readable format rather then referring to the implementation guide and helps in better and quick incident/support ticket resolution. ### 8.
