**What do you like best about Syft AI?**

Syft is a key part of my prospecting and meeting prep workflow. It helps me quickly validate lead quality and get enough detail to pinpoint how we can support each specific organization. That means my first calls are more productive because I can guide discovery toward a clear objective and relevant use cases, rather than starting from generic questions or assumptions. I’m someone who plans ahead and likes to control the narrative, so having reliable, detailed information available early allows me to prep thoroughly and show up confidently.

**What do you dislike about Syft AI?**

Search/filter could be tighter: Better filters for persona, vertical, maturity stage, and triggers (funding, product launch, leadership change) would make it even faster.

**What problems is Syft AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improves lead accuracy fast: Helps you validate whether a lead is actually worth time (right segment, right initiative, real trigger), so you’re not prospecting blindly.

**What do you like best about Syft AI?**

Before using Syft, there were typically two main approaches to outbound sales. One could focus on highly targeted outreach, which required significant time spent on research and often resulted in lower overall activity. Alternatively, casting a wide net increased activity but risked damaging your reputation by appearing as SPAM. Syft manages to combine the advantages of both methods, delivering quality and quantity by providing highly targeted matches while still drawing from a broad pool of prospects.

The research capabilities of Syft are especially valuable, as it identifies the best person to contact within an organization and provides their email address, a process that can otherwise be quite time consuming. Additionally, it drafts outreach emails that address the specific needs of each prospect and demonstrate how your company can meet those needs.

Integration with Salesloft makes it easy to add prospects to an outbound campaign.

In sales, initiating a conversation is often the most challenging part. Syft is a tool that makes taking that first step significantly easier.

**What do you dislike about Syft AI?**

A nice UX improvement would be if, after searching for a company's name, the value match appeared directly alongside the company, rather than having to scroll through the Value Match section to locate both the company and its associated value match.

**What problems is Syft AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have the ability to reach out to prospects who are currently seeking the solutions my company provides, allowing me to start conversations with them at the right moment.

**What do you like best about Syft AI?**

Syft is like having an incredibly accurate matchmaker for sales. It not only helps us target in-market buyers, it automatically sets up the match at the perfect time and place, and even drafts a personalized pick-up line. Although they provide a white-glove onboarding experience, the platform is super intuitive.

When we receive a live notification for a new value match, it takes less than 5 minutes to:
1. Validate the match (with provided links and quotes),
2. Identify the best contact (with job titles and activity),
3. Send them a personalized email sequence through Smartlead (with assisted AI to align the content with account activity and our value prop),
4. Update HubSpot

The Syft AI team is also super responsive and pro-active in setting you up for success — occasionally even hand picking warm leads for you.

**What do you dislike about Syft AI?**

Although Syft is great at automating personalized email sequences and keeping our CRM updated, it would be nice if the platform also teed up other channels like LinkedIn DMs, calls, etc. We've automated a workaround through HubSpot, but ideally would like it all done in one place.

**What problems is Syft AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a super small team (by design), so getting in front of the right buyers at the right time is everything. Syft has helped us increase response rates and book more qualified meetings without needing to expand our team our outsource sales.

**What do you like best about Syft AI?**

Syft transforms account research into a competitive advantage. It goes far beyond basic scraping, marrying comprehensive data with your company's specific priorities to highlight only the best opportunities. For a New Logo Account Executive, who is constantly balancing a pipeline of current deals, this intelligent filtering is invaluable. It makes it effortless to focus on top accounts and ensures you never miss a critical change or opportunity that could help a current deal or more importantly, get into a new opp.

I can honestly say that syft has helped me identify new opportunities and build my pipeline.  

I also value that the Syft team is constantly innovating and is exceptionally responsive to feedback, often implementing changes right away.

**What do you dislike about Syft AI?**

The only minor occasional issue is that the data sometimes shows a mismatch with the company name. But that's going to happen with any platform aggregating data from multiple sources. It happens very rarely

**What problems is Syft AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of spending hours every day researching accounts across various sources, I can dedicate just a few minutes to checking my Syft updates. The result is better focus, especially when managing complex opportunities, and the assurance that I never miss major updates on my top accounts like I used to. That efficiency is the biggest value.

It also saves time by linking me directly to the source of the information, which is essential for tailoring my value proposition. Furthermore, the platform enhances team collaboration: I can create and share organized lists—segmented by current vendor or past opportunities, for example—allowing me to share with my sales partner and identify the best accounts for target campaigns.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with Syft AI—it has made a real difference in the way I connect with prospects. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a clear increase in responses and have managed to book significantly more meetings than before.

Syft provides highly insightful value matches for enterprises engaging in projects relevent to your business. The AI features pair you with the right stakeholders and craft personalized messages to get your value props across.

It's insanely easy to enable and implement into existing workflows, and daily use delivers real results.

This is a uniquely effective tool for business development today.

Syft has a dependency on a third-party service to gather contact info of key stakeholders. If that service doesn't have the contact info for the titles you need, you're kind of out of luck. It's infrequent that this is a factor.

Identifying key prospects with a real need for my company's services and curating messaging and contacts to get my company's value across.

**What do you like best about Syft AI?**

We’ve tried a bunch of intent tools over the years, and Syft AI is by far the best of the bunch. It honestly feels like having a live pulse monitor on our prospects — surfacing signals we’d probably never catch otherwise. Our reps spend a couple of hours in Syft every week and it's an incredibly valuable piece of our GTM strategy. Allows us to target orgs and people who are actually in buying cycles. Setup was easy and led by Syft AI (minimal time on our side) and integrates directly into our current tool stack (apollo, etc). Customer success and support has been top notch as well.

**What do you dislike about Syft AI?**

Some reporting insights and visibility (rep usage) we wanted on the admin / sales manager side were not available but, they've since been built and deployed.

Helping us find prospects who are in buying cycles, and helping us create relevant messaging. Rescues manual prospecting and message customization time.

**What do you like best about Syft AI?**

As a team lead, building quality pipeline is always top of mind and Syft has helped changed the game. Instead of spraying and praying the whole team is now hyper focused on verticals/named accounts and the results are showing. The other great thing is that because its using value props and helping craft the message based on our current successes - even our new team members are hitting the ground running and booking meetings based on value props and customer fit.

Looking at usage, results, outbound metrics, etc. from a manager's perspective can be challenging, but the Syft team has already dropped a number new analytics and reports since we started,

**What do you like best about Syft AI?**

It has completely changed our outbound sales development success.  The effectiveness with which ii finds companies that are in market for our solution is exceptional.  Further, it has dramatically increased the open rates on our initial outreach emails to prospects.

**What do you dislike about Syft AI?**

There really aren't any significant drawbacks to mention. The product's capabilities are already impressive and continue to get better each week thanks to their fast-paced release schedule. Overall, I see only positive potential in the direction this product is taking.

**What problems is Syft AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us find prospects who are in market for our product rather than blindly reaching out to companies to gauge their interest.  The "matches" that Syft provides and the contacts that it suggests we reach out to has been fantastic.  Their ability to then provide messaging for outreach emails that directly map to our Case Studies is invaluable.

I love the time saved when prospecting for relevant opportunities. My tasks take a significantly less amount of time with Syft!

When I loop back to older matches, sometimes the data has disappeared. When I have connected with contacts from some of these places, it makes the relevancy of the outreach on LinkedIn weaker.

Reaching more accounts that have a targeted use case for our product. This helps me be pointed in my sales tactics and reach the right people around the right time.

Its easy to add new accounts into the system self-service. And then the rest of the work is done for you. I also like how easy it is to reference their sources to do even more research for personalized outreach.

**What do you dislike about Syft AI?**

Nothing that I don't like. It's perfect for what it is. Not overly complicated and clean, easily consumable, valuable information that's tailored to my product market fit.

**What do you like best about Syft AI?**

I like that it alerts you to opportunities you never would have known about. My old strategy of blasting emails all over the place pales in comparison to the targeted-ness that Syft creates - and it is easier to use than any of the contact gathering/email blasting solutions like Zoominfo, Seamless, etc.

**What do you dislike about Syft AI?**

I wish you could ctrl+F in the actions tab to go find old stuff easier. Other than that I love it

**What problems is Syft AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound Prospecting. They are an end to end solver of this challenge - from finding the opportunities that might exist, to message creation, to contact gathering. All you have to do is check and make sure it all looks good and send out the emails, and watch the meetings pour in!

**What do you like best about Syft AI?**

Syft helped us scale a team efficiently and provided us great value matches within our ICP that led to real deals. It helped us prioritize accounts based on real time info as well! Our greatest success led to a 1.025M deal inside a current customer but within a new division.

We were a very early customer so it took a little time to setup which having used it again now is much quicker.

Easy to use, allows you to easily export relevant contacts and complete the entire outreach process in just a few minutes. Provides accurate contact information and easy access to linkedin profiles.

Occasionally a value match has limited contacts but the quality of contacts available is great.

Creating targeted leads as opposed to the spray and pray approach. Allows us to focus on key accounts and create more custom outreach.
