What do you like best about Syft AI?

Before using Syft, there were typically two main approaches to outbound sales. One could focus on highly targeted outreach, which required significant time spent on research and often resulted in lower overall activity. Alternatively, casting a wide net increased activity but risked damaging your reputation by appearing as SPAM. Syft manages to combine the advantages of both methods, delivering quality and quantity by providing highly targeted matches while still drawing from a broad pool of prospects.

The research capabilities of Syft are especially valuable, as it identifies the best person to contact within an organization and provides their email address, a process that can otherwise be quite time consuming. Additionally, it drafts outreach emails that address the specific needs of each prospect and demonstrate how your company can meet those needs.

Integration with Salesloft makes it easy to add prospects to an outbound campaign.

What do you like best about Syft AI?

Syft is like having an incredibly accurate matchmaker for sales. It not only helps us target in-market buyers, it automatically sets up the match at the perfect time and place, and even drafts a personalized pick-up line. Although they provide a white-glove onboarding experience, the platform is super intuitive.

When we receive a live notification for a new value match, it takes less than 5 minutes to:

1. Validate the match (with provided links and quotes),

2. Identify the best contact (with job titles and activity),

3. Send them a personalized email sequence through Smartlead (with assisted AI to align the content with account activity and our value prop),

4. Update HubSpot

What do you dislike about Syft AI?

Although Syft is great at automating personalized email sequences and keeping our CRM updated, it would be nice if the platform also teed up other channels like LinkedIn DMs, calls, etc. We've automated a workaround through HubSpot, but ideally would like it all done in one place. What do you like best about Syft AI?

We’ve tried a bunch of intent tools over the years, and Syft AI is by far the best of the bunch. It honestly feels like having a live pulse monitor on our prospects — surfacing signals we’d probably never catch otherwise. Our reps spend a couple of hours in Syft every week and it's an incredibly valuable piece of our GTM strategy. Allows us to target orgs and people who are actually in buying cycles. Setup was easy and led by Syft AI (minimal time on our side) and integrates directly into our current tool stack (apollo, etc). Customer success and support has been top notch as well. As a team lead, building quality pipeline is always top of mind and Syft has helped changed the game. Instead of spraying and praying the whole team is now hyper focused on verticals/named accounts and the results are showing. The other great thing is that because its using value props and helping craft the message based on our current successes - even our new team members are hitting the ground running and booking meetings based on value props and customer fit.
