## About Swyg
Swyg is on a mission to eliminate bias from recruitment and to make interviewing fair for all. The Swyg platform helps companies make better hiring decisions by making face-to-face interviewing easy and accessible for all candidates. On our platform, candidates interview each other through multiple, short, video-chats while an AI moderates and corrects for bias. This way, Swyg brings more fairness and inclusivity to the hiring process plus a great candidate experience. We develop novel screening technologies based on peer-review and AI. **What do you like best about Swyg?**

Swyg’s idea of video introductions in the form of pre-taped questions help make Swyg appropriate for candid concerns and free me from biases, it helps me to evaluate candidates’ knowledge and ways of interaction.

**What do you dislike about Swyg?**

I have had moments that the AI did not capture certain bias embedded in the pre-recorded questions. It is possible that a candidate may ask a question in a particular manner that may elicit information in a specific way.

**What problems is Swyg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swyg lets me avoid discriminating candidates based on their looks or origin because it anonymizes the first meetings and uses automated voice to read the questions. This has resulted in a wider range of qualified persons whom i can consider.
