# Which social customer service solutions integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot for case management without separate logins?

Here's how reviewers in the Social Customer Service category describe that integration in practice.

Underneath the login question is an ownership question: when a social complaint becomes a case, which system is the case's true home, and which is a synchronized copy? Two-way sync sounds like the answer but creates its own problem, two versions of the truth that can drift, so the setups that hold up tend to pick a single writer and let the other side read. Teams evaluating these get further by deciding where the case should live first, then asking which tool respects that decision, rather than comparing sync feature lists.
