Swyg is on a mission to eliminate bias from recruitment and to make interviewing fair for all. The Swyg platform helps companies make better hiring decisions by making face-to-face interviewing easy and accessible for all candidates. On our platform, candidates interview each other through multiple, short, video-chats while an AI moderates and corrects for bias. This way, Swyg brings more fairness and inclusivity to the hiring process plus a great candidate experience. We develop novel screening technologies based on peer-review and AI. We can assess technical skills as well as interpersonal skills such as communication and collaboration style.
