**What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?**

It organizes all of my contacts and customers. It allows me to keep in touch without having to press them on an issue. It sets proper limits to reaching out to a customer while also getting important information from them.

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

I have encountered situations where my emails or surveys are blocked by customers. This is usually on the side of the client, but it is annoying that there are not better preventative measures to let the emails get through.

We are learning a great deal about how our customers feel about our product, and understanding their support and promotion of our services.

**What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?**

I like SurveyMonkey for its ease of use, which makes it simple to design and distribute survey instruments and manage data. I also enjoy the capability to see preliminary results as responses come in, which includes the handy feature of applying filters. Additionally, the initial setup of SurveyMonkey was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

I find the need for greater ability to change formatting and design a bit limiting. Also, I wish there was a better way to see and manipulate entire datasets for presentation purposes without having to export the data to other software like Excel. Additionally, I think there could be better tools for designing charts and graphs directly within SurveyMonkey for presentations. It would be great if it fostered a space to collect, enter, analyze, and report data from surveys all in one place.

I use SurveyMonkey to design and distribute surveys and store data. I like its ease of use and ability to see preliminary results with filters as responses come in.

It is easy to use, even  I don't have IT experience, i use it personally and at work to create surveys. I like also the ready templates and the dashboard are easy. also the sharing links and the reporting are very good and easy to use

The price for advanced options are high for me and for small companies. There is some limitation in the customization features, I need to pay more to get some simple features , let say adding my own logo is just a simple step you can add it for starting package. also the limit number of response in the free plan, if you can increase it

for my clients, i like to get their feedback on certain events or activities so I use SurveyMonkey to collect these data, which become simple and easy for me to analyze

**What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?**

I mainly love SurveyMonkey's intuitive design that allows quick survey creation. We can tailor questions, add our company logo, and use all the features as a team. The tools to visualize data are very intuitive too. From all our surveys, we're also able to use various reports, customize the graphs and present them to our executive team.

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

Their customer service was not very helpful. I only used it once so this might not be representative of everyone's experience, but I did not appreciate the way it's handled. As a client, you have to go through an AI chatbot before being able to exchange emails with actual people. 

It would also be great to have a way to put the same survey in different languages (users being able to choose their language within one survey) instead of making separate surveys in different languages. Being a global company, this feature would help us a lot.

**What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use it to make reaction surveys for workshops and webinars, feedback surveys for events and services, exit surveys, and opinion and data collection from employees or external stakeholders.

Super easy to use and quick to set up, and it makes gathering feedback painless. The templates are good, the integrations are solid, and the data is easy to pull out and turn into something useful.

The free version is pretty limited, and the pricing jumps quickly. Some genuinely useful features are locked behind the higher tiers, and the customization and reporting options can feel a bit basic.

More intuitive form creation than Google forms and micro soft forms. The various ways, additional Javascript can be added helps in refining the form aesthetics for our end consumers and clients. Customer support has always been helpful in any requirements, and we can easily train new Joinees in the team to use it for polling purposes.

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

Considering the requirements for a mid-sized company, charges are high, I think they should bring down the subscription plans to bit more affordable.

**What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Survey monkey for survey purposes:
1. Easy to make surveys with good documentation available as to how to different user inputs
2. Analytics dashboard is a great ramp up from any other providers. Responses can be seen in much intuitive way, nowhere else possible

I like the ease of use that SurveyMonkey offers, and it solves this really well with its intuitive interface, making it simple to build surveys. Also value that you do not need advanced technical skills to analyze the results. SurveyMonkey is more reliable compared to the previous product I used, Jotform.

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

The pricing can also feel limited when you need access to more sophisticated features; you need to pay more. Exporting or integrating data with other tools could be a bother. Sometimes it's just too complicated.

I think some of the customization in questions could be a little bit more in-depth. I tried to use it to pair with Google Sheets, but it very rarely works well.

I use SurveyMonkey to create feedback surveys from program users. It's very user friendly and easy to set up forms, and a good variety of options for question types. The analytics of survey responses are useful for gathering insights about your feedback quickly.

I wish there were more options for styling your forms because I find the template looks fairly bland. It's also quite pricey for the paid plans but not very functional on the free plan since you can't save past surveys or ask very many questions in one survey.

As a researcher it’s very easy to use. For anyone who doesn’t know who to program or write a survey, it’s great. Helps reduced bias because questions will be relevant to your audiences.

I prefer to have the functionality of a Qualtrics. In addition I’m not comfortable with using it with employee data as it may not be as secure

It is so much customizable. Everything is available on a single platform. What you think/assume, it is already there. The best thing is no training requried to create a survey.

Nothing. Everything is up to the mark—nothing to dislike. Only a few essential functions are paid, like preparing reports from surveys.

Although I had a few doubts at first, the customer support was excellent and helped me resolve them quickly. **What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?**

I have been using this website for years creating surveys to gage employee and client feedback on ideas I had. It is very simple to setup, and I can customize it based on if I need numerical feedback or written explanations. These surveys can be created in a basic manner, but I can definitely get what I need from my survey takers.

**What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?**

I embrace the free features but do not like that I have to pay to export and download all my survey results. I can get simple data but anything after 25 respondents I have to pay a lot. I use this site to get a sample of what my clients and employees are thinking.

**What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am in-between seasons and getting feedback on what my clients want better from me and my company and what my employees want and think we can improve upon. I think a medium sample size is pretty sizeable to see what I need to do better in 2026. In this day and time, an organization cannot improve if their employees are not happy. I use this across the operations to get feedback from 100+ employees about my team leads, in order to provide my employees quality leadership, they need to perform better. 

Our recruitment department is using it for feedback from candidates to improve their process of hiring as well 

1- I do not have to think about creating questions, once i chose the topic from existing templates most of the questions i want to as are already there. 

2- Best designs available in the templates, color scheme is amazing. 

3- I provide integration with, Microsoft teams, zoom, etc which is amazing

4- The output of the responses can be present in several ways from which i use the pie chart or the building graph. 

5- You can add you own company or department logo in the survey. Make is persoonliker. Use background Picture based on the topic.

I like the variety of tools that SurveyMonkey offers. There's a lot of different categories of surveys you can do about a lot of things, a lot of topics. It was pretty easy to set up, self-explanatory with really no problems, so you can jump in and fill it out.

I find SurveyMonkey not that good of a website. It's mostly about surveys and playing games, but you just get a couple of cents per survey - it's really nothing. I think it's not enough money and it takes so much time to get any money out of it. Doing surveys is really hard to stack up, especially when you're bored or have some spare time. Just getting 50¢ or 10¢ here and there is not a big deal, but it takes so much time.
