It's pretty easy to create surveys. You can mostly walk your way through it and it also has prompts to provide you with some guidance and best practices. The interface is quite easy to navigate and intuitive even to a new user. Survey building function is efficient and question library provides sufficient selection. Question branching works well. Visuals in analytics tool are quite nice and actionable. I appreciate availability to save graphs and tables in PDF as well as PNG- easy to use in the presentation. The app tends to bug out quite a bit. We had major issues with multilingual collector and support took forever to answer and when they did they pointed us to generic KB, which of course didnt solve anything. I think the app could be way more effective if they worked with real users and listened to their suggestions. I find the way translations are done in Survey Monkey very outdated and ineffective especially if you work with a lot of languages. This goes for survey itself as well as collectors. Nothing much really except for the fact that some improvement in the appearance and addition of more interactive components can make the SurveyMonkey platform more attractive to a wider range of users. The only thing I dislike is that it keeps most of the important features locked behind the premium/paid account. The free subscription barely offers anything. It's too limited, for eg. one gets only 10 questions per survey. Initially, when I wanted to explore the platform, I was reluctant to pay for it but then it wasn't of much use with the free account therefore I ended up asking my company to pay for it. But then again, when the subscription expires, and if we don't require it much in that month/quarter then it doesn't make sense to pay for it but then the access to useful features, like advanced logic, layout customization, export options, etc. are all locked.
