Collecting info can often be a daunting task for a business owner, but we need to know...am I giving my customer everything they want and need? I have learned more from completed surveys, perhaps it's the anonymity for a customer (that they know of), they speak more freely and answer questions. If you have 10 or less questions that need answers, you'll be fine with the basic plan. If you are looking for market research panels, unlimited responses, benchmarks, exported data, customization then my recommendation is the Advantage plan. Overall, you'll likely find everything you need with basic and it comes with survey analysis.
