What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

No respect for small non-profits. And the process to verify your account because Survey Monkey can never remember the "device" or "browser" you are using. Ever thought I might have two computers on for travel and one for office use? We can't afford to pay more every time you make an improvement that never works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
