**What do you like best about Surpass Assessment Platform?**

Excellent customer service, and it’s always easy to get hold of knowledgeable members of staff when needed. The Surpass team consistently makes the effort to ensure customers feel valued and listened to.

We’ve worked with Surpass and their software for over 15 years, which says a lot about their ability to retain customers over the long term. During that time, we’ve used the software to deliver over 100,000 high-stakes examinations, alongside formative assessments, in both English and Welsh.

**What do you dislike about Surpass Assessment Platform?**

Custom development within the core platform can be slow and expensive; however, they do their best to understand customer requirements before starting development.

**What problems is Surpass Assessment Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our most recent challenge has been meeting the need to deliver high-stakes examinations on Chromebooks, while also continuing to support the use of Windows devices. We’ve worked closely with Surpass on this, and we hope to have this functionality available soon.
