**What do you like best about Surefire Local?**

Nothing at all. This company ripped me off in lots of ways. False promises no delivery on nothing. Paid them for a website they built it 6 weeks to do. Then they took it down didn’t transfer the files over. Lied about billing and multiple things. This company will cause more harm than good. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve got a call from a customer because they ruined my online presence

**What do you dislike about Surefire Local?**

Everything. They are not professional at all in no way shape or form. They don’t answer calls nor emails they don’t want to resolve any issues. This company is by far the worse

**What do you like best about Surefire Local?**

We started our business in Feb 2023 and decided to go with a local SEO company. We were promised the moon up front and blindly paid. Months went by and literally nothing; we were paying upwards of $800 (budget) on a Google LSA campaign and were receiving 1-2 leads a week. We had multiple meetings with them and every time they would say something to the effect of "well we would like to TRY THIS." We were essentially funding their failed experiments.

We had used Surefire a few years ago with a different company and had mixed results.We initalliy decided to give them a try due to a lack of options within our budget. Others were trying to sell us on a $3,000-$5,000 plan which excluded any ad-spend....hard pass at this stage lol!

Incomes Gabriel the account rep! Dude is a straight up rockstar! Within 4-6 weeks and we've received roughly 35 leads (blend of wesite traffic and google lsa campaign). In the previous year we may have received 1 website lead. Gabriel completely gets our company and has tailored a plan that has had nothing but stellar results. We have scheduled phonecalls every few weeks and they've always been prductive and a good start to the weekend.I can't tell who's more excited by the end of the call, me or him lol!

December of 2023 we were questuioning the feasibility of staying open long term....within 90 days and we've bought a new service van, hired a project manager, and actively seeking out an office assistant because we are absolutely swamped!

**What do you dislike about Surefire Local?**

The online platofrm is a bit overwhelming. We've only just scratched the surface of what this platform can do and have seen drastic results!

**What problems is Surefire Local solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a major issue with lead volume. Our webiste and google lsa campaing were a $1,500 per month dumpster fire. Surefire has saved the day!

Surefire has help us out greatly with building a beautiful new Website, generating more quality google leads. Haniel (my account manager) has been awesome! Helping walk me through and maximize the platform to expand our online footprint. Looking forward to a longterm relationship! Excited about the future!

I had an issue with my website, and overall online presents. Surefire Local has rebuilt a beautiful website for me and has been helping with my online presents, and reputation!

The concept of the software is great and has easy navigation with many features, but not worth the price you pay.

**What do you dislike about Surefire Local?**

Horrible communication from the business and account managers, no lead generations, robot-generated social media content, and a large fee just to access their software.

**What problems is Surefire Local solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are SUPPOSED to be helping us generate leads, optimize our websites, create social media content for us, etc. However, the are not fulfilling any of these needs. Not only this, they do not communicate with us or show any results.

**What do you like best about Surefire Local?**

What I liked most about Surefire Local was the human factor. These people care about us, the customers, and will work with you to see any problem through.  I had a problem with my business and had to close our doors, Surefire local did not pressure me but instead worked with me to solve my issue. I can't say enough about my experience. Both Nicole and Keith were top-notch individuals who listened and produced results. Thank you so much on my behalf. Outstanding company.

I can't say there is anything I dislike about Surefire Local based on what my experience has been.

Surefire is covering all of the bases. They are using Automation to provide an all-in-one CRM tool.  Taking on many administrative tasks and automating them.

The most helpfull thing is my account manager Marc, he really goes above and beyond to keep on top of me and help me explain to really make this meaningfull.  Simply the best. Its easy to use, easy to implement, the number of features are outstanding, and it was easy to integrate.

There's nothing I really don't like.  I like it so much I've already refered friends.

Surefire has been great to work with! They have helped us to increase our marketing across multiple platforms and have given some great suggestions for what we can do on our own to improve visibility and customer perception.

Although we have run into a few hiccups in the setup process, we have received immediate answers to our questions and action has been taken to qualm any concerns we have had. At this time, I have nothing to claim as a dislike.

As a small, local company, using Surefire has allowed us to focus more on our customers.

**What problems is Surefire Local solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to solve an issue of an old logo being uploaded and needing to be changed for our newer logo. There was a miscommunication about which phone number to use, however that was addressed immediately. Our Surefire rep, Freddie, has shown me many ways we can improve on our own as well. He has also offered other Surefire services that could assist us now or in the future.

**What do you like best about Surefire Local?**

The platform is great. It's a one-stop-shop for everything you need--data analytics, new leads, posting to multiple social media outlets, etc.

**What do you dislike about Surefire Local?**

The e-mail marketing tab within the platform could use some re-vamping because it could easily compete with Constant Contact if the right changes were made. I recently had some difficulty uploading a list of contacts as a .csv file because it wouldn't ever load.

**What problems is Surefire Local solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are figuring out which marketing tactics are proving successful and further exploring the tactics that aren't working as well. We are also able to track our new leads more efficiently and the best thing about this is the capability to listen to recordings of phone calls and such. We are also able to monitor our reputation, respond to reviews, etc., which is a great way to further engage with our customers. Surefire also helps with content creation and blog posts, including scheduling them a month in advance so that we can do our own personalized posts and gear it towards the days that Surefire's posts are not scheduled.

**What do you like best about Surefire Local?**

I've been working with Surefire for nearly six months now. Sean and his team have been fantastic and have been giving me great advice as to how I can grow my online presence and my business. A worthwhile investment!

**What do you dislike about Surefire Local?**

The cost can be high but this is offset but the services you receive. Also, it can take time for an ROI on your investment. But this has nothing to do with Surefire but is the nature of the business. I would however like to see account managers check in with clients every 30-60 days to make sure their needs are still being met.

Make the jump and hire surefire to help grow your business. This is a long-term investment!

Surefire helps me with my online presence in a community saturated with others in the same profession. They have provided me with the tips and tools necessary to stand out and grow my business.

The customer support staff is knowledgeable and prompt in their responses. Excellent content writing for our social media platforms, the website is easy to use and even a marketing novice can understand and utilize the information gathered for better marketing planning.

there have been quite a few issues being able to utilize Geo Juice and uploading pictures from the field tablets, and I don't like that I can't integrate our customer database for customer reviews.

**What problems is Surefire Local solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to worry about creating Facebook posts as that is part of what Surefire Local offers, it is a huge time saver for me. The benefits are many, but one of the best is having the leads all listed in one spot, and the other huge benefit is that all the analytics information is already broken down for you.

My rep Sam is extremely helpful. I run a home exterior company and tech/web sites/social media is not the easiest for me. But with Sam and Surefire in my corner I have a team that's always ready to help me.

For me it's just learning the analytics that was hard, but with meeting with my rep frequently I've come a long way.

They made me a better website that actually works for a fraction of the price of our last web designer.

We are driving a lot more business from our website. They've helped us drive online traffic from Google and Facebook. We didn't have much of an online presence until they did our website and helped us drive people to our website.

The ease of managing and posting weekly social media posts created by out franchise system. Surefire has a way of automating this process so we don't have to manually post every day, this allows me to focus on my business and let the social media posting be done automatically.

At first there is a learning curve in order to learn how to manage and post. Once you get the hang of it then yes the platform makes it easy to automate everything.

Instead of sitting down and scheduling once a week, the platform automatically posts the images created with ease. I've gained at least 4 hours a month by not having to manually do the posting.

Recurring meetings with account manager to not only go over the campaign, but actually get to see the numbers. They don't hide anything from you. You are presented with all the data that you want and need to gauge how effective your marketing is.

Sometimes emails are not answered in the quickest of timeframes. Although I have addressed this is current account manager and it seems to have improved since having the conversation.

We are solving the ever evolving and extremely competitive construction marketing environment. It's a very saturated market so being seen in a digital space is very important. Surefire does great at making that happen in the most efficient way possible.

Nothing too extensive.  As the platform improves, be prepared to adjust how to work within the platform.

If your organization internally does not have dedicated marketing staff, Surefire is an excellent organization to work with and fill that need.

Our experience has been limited when trying to understand and build our digital awareness in the marketplace.  With Surefire, we've been able to lean on their expertise, learn a few things along the way and use a single platform to manage this activity in one place.

**What do you like best about Surefire Local?**

Having one place for maintains digital marketing campaigns, website, GMBs and reviews has been instrumental to our business' success. Our rep Bob is very knowledgeable as well and during our weekly calls with him, he helps us to tweak our accounts to gain high quality leads and to understand what needs to improve, be optimized and fixed to maintain at the top consistently.

**What do you dislike about Surefire Local?**

The dashboard is helpful to gain an overview of analytics, but I'm not in the dashboard as much as we pay for it as I should. I find our weekly calls with our rep much more helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Surefire Local:**

We have not been dissapointed with the customer service and our rep Bob is amazing. SureFire does an amazing job of coming up with quick solutions to issues we have.

**What problems is Surefire Local solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PPC, LSA, website page creation and fixes, GMB review and reputation control and Google locations and blog content. We are more productive with our day-to-day items when knowing SureFire has our backs with digital marketing.

The most helpful thing for me from Surefire Local is the capability to track a lead from beginning to end. I can listen to the recorded phone call as much as needed, and request a google review with one click!

**What do you dislike about Surefire Local?**

The only disadvantage of using Surefire Local is that it does not interface with our CRM Software so we enter data, notes and follow up on both Surefire Local and our CRM.

The greatest benefit for us is that now we are able to track our marketing in one solid platform! We can follow leads from beginning to end and request a google review with one click.

Surefire local has done a stellar job of increasing my presence on the internet and soliciting ratings (which generally have been high),  The end result has been lots of new potential clients.

My contact with the firm (who had been extremely helpful) took a job with another firm.  His replacement was heard from once and then disappeared without a trace.  I have not had any contact since.

We like that our rep in Surefire is always ready to help and is on top of our account. He reviews all statistics regularly and makes changes regularly to get us the best results.

That we have to contact customer service or our rep to change the payment information/card on file. There is no way to do it ourselves.

We are using surefire to advertise on google, make google and Facebook posts and better our SEO. Because of using Surefire number of organic leads have increased and we do not have to pay third party lead service per lead.

At times the platform can be overwhelming but with the assistance of my designated representative, Sam, it is becoming easier to use each week.

Make sure to stay consistent with meetings with your rep to make sure that you are utilizing every portion of the program. There is a lot to it!

With Surefire Local, they have been able to direct us to the correct areas to navigate Google Local Services, boosting us in our service areas based on content on our website, social pages, etc.

The thing I like most about Surefire is how user-friendly the back office is. Super easy to navigate.

There isn't anything I dislike about them. The only hiccup we experienced was a couple of items on the website when we first launched, but those were taken care of extremely promptly and without any further issues.

Surefire is helping us connect to and engage potential clients quicker than before. One of the major benefits is the ability to track our leads and my favorite feature--chat in real-time with potential clients through our website.

We are a National Storm Damage Restoration Company and we love using Surefire's Platform. The ease of posting to GMB and our Social Media Platforms is amazing.  We also love that we can monitor our reviews and send review requests straight to our customers from one easy link.  Another feature we use a lot is Geojuice it has improved our online presence.

The email campaign tab is hard to understand and use.

Our problems with Social Media posting have greatly improved and the benefit of sending one link for Reviews is so helpful.

The company I work for uses Surefire, it has been quite a few years now and we have seen growth in the company and our online presence. I like the features that are offered to our customers on our website or when new potential customers search on the web. Being able to track everything on one page is great too. Surefire staff always professional and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Surefire Local?**

The only downside I have come across was getting in touch with the accounting department.

After hours online response, the online chat has helped us a lot being able to get back to customers when our office is closed.

I'm always ranked #1 on Google and my rep is always super responsive about anything I bring to him. I love Surefire and would never use anyone else.

I really super dislike that the phone number on the website is not my phone number. I wish you would change that, even though I know you use it for tracking purposes.

Takes away tedious time-consuming tasks so that I can focus on other things. The personal customer support staff is awesome and very responsive!

Some platform changes could be different but being able to message recommendations to the support staff is nice. One thing that needed to be updated was their gallery format and that has now been done so they do listen to their customer's requests

Surefire is great for helping solve the connectivity issues when FB, G+ and other platforms decide to switch things up a bit.

We've worked with other companies that were supposed to help us increase our online visibility, but we were never satisfied with the results or lack thereof. With Surefire, it is hands-on for us and we have become savvier with posting online and interacting with our customers.

At this time we have not come across any issues that have caused us to 'dislike' Surefire.

We've tried other social media management companies and Surefire has by far been the best company to work with. The content is industry-specific and we have a monthly meeting with our account manager to discuss performance and ideas for increased exposure.

The dashboard is great but could we'd love to see more integrations with other software for obtaining customer reviews.

The customer service is phenomenal. You can always reach out to your account manager within a couple of hours and great feedback every time and help you out. Definitely recommend the software.

The software will need some improvements. Geojuice needs definitely an improvement. The posts section is great but could be better if the map was better and the posts section. Uploading contacts can be better.

The Geo Juice creates postings that can be anything you wish any topic. Not only drives prospects to your website, it eliminates various competitors that normally would be in the mix.

I don't know. I don't have any dislikes. Navigation is simple and customization is vast. I haven't tried other services so I don't know if there is anything out there that matches.
