&lt;p&gt;Ran this exact problem in a plant with dead zones between bays. A fast QR pull was not enough for us. The moment someone walked into a dead zone mid-procedure the screen was useless, so a real offline cache became a hard requirement. Azumuta&#39;s offline mode worked but took some setup, and we trained people to open the instruction while still in coverage. We ruled out Tulip for the floor specifically because of the connectivity dependency you flagged. If your dead zones sit between stations rather than at them, a QR pull of the current revision is probably fine.&lt;/p&gt;
