I like how SuiteFiles allows signing of documents easily and also the storage of signed documents when they come back. It's easy to use, and having a business adviser like Drew in good contact with us is really beneficial. Having someone responsive to contact makes problem resolution straightforward.

SuiteFiles makes document management seamless and largely painless. Its Outlook integration is particularly useful and has significantly improved the efficiency of our day-to-day workflows. One of the strongest features for us is the ability to create email and document templates that automatically populate with information from Xero Practice Manager (XPM). This saves a considerable amount of time and reduces repetitive administrative work. The integration with XPM is also excellent. Our jobs are created and maintained in XPM and synchronised with SuiteFiles, allowing the document management side of the workflow to sit naturally alongside our practice management system. We also use SuiteFiles' document signing functionality extensively. It has become an integral part of how we operate, and we would find it difficult to go back to managing document signing separately.
