We use it daily to manage leads, track activities, and communicate with clients. I also appreciate their responsive customer support—they’re quick to assist whenever we need help. SuiteCRM is a strong and dependable platform, but the user interface feels a bit outdated and could be more intuitive for new users. Some of the advanced features also require a bit of integration or technical know how to fully optimize. However, once everything is in place, it performs very well.
